It went well. One of the drains was really a challenge to clear but the plumber continued to work on it and it finally cleared.

I'm pleased to report that they did a very good job and I've used them on several occasions as a matter of fact. The cost of the service was around $124 which was pretty reasonable. I liked eveyrthing. They were punctual, the price was very fair and they did the work very efficiently and so forth. This is the company that I've had repeated experiences with and they've been very very good.

The plumber came quickly in an emergency, was very pleasant, and stayed a couple of hours until he had solved the problem, which came from our septic system. Was very professional, neat, cleaned up everything before he left, and we have not had the problem again. Would definitely use again.

Work went well. Did the job in an efficient manner and knew exactly what the problems were so was able to diagnose them quickly.

Had a mysterious leak in the basement that turned out to originate under the kitchen sink. Genson's was able to accommodate my schedule and even arrived ahead of schedule. Fix was fast and reasonably priced.. they did a great job. He also pointed out the leaking casing on the garbage disposal and gave me a quote on the spot. Even though I didn't have the cash at the time to also replace the garbage disposal, (a google search revealed that there's a defect in the BADGER 5 disposal I installed myself a few years ago) they were very easy to work with for a reschedule. A better disposal I purchased with Amazon discounts is arriving in a day or so, and have no fear that Genson's will handle it with the speed and professionalism I've seen so far. Good outfit, I will use them again.

Leak is still needing repair, we will continue exploring as to source of leak on our own.

Excellent work by Shawn. I have long sought a good plumber, and at last I have found one. Very, very good work, had all of the parts made sure that he used a drop cloth was very careful in handling all of the new and old parts. How about this-----they were early!!!!!! It was a fair price and they were great. They are excellent and we like them a lot. They are prompt, they do excellent work and their price is fair. They clean up after themselves.

They opened the wall and hid the new piping.They did a great job. The workers arrived on time and were very friendly.

Came exactly when he said he would. Figured out what was wrong quickly, went out to hardware store for part and replaced it. Came on a Friday after 5 pm as he had several other jobs that day so charged overtime but we were so happy that someone (we called 3 other plumbers) was able to come that day and fix it. We had had to turn off water to the whole house for almost 24 hours and things were getting dire. We feel we got good value for our money.

It went great. He was done within an hour, and it works great. Doesn't even look like the sink was taken off the wall to put a new faucet on. Looks much better than expected.

We've used them before. We called other places and they couldn't come out for a few days. They said they could come out in a few hours. We told them the situation and they were out within less than an hour. They charged a reasonable rate. They were quick and efficient. It was great. They were reliable.

High marks. The plumber was on time (even a little early), efficient, explained everything and cleaned up afterwards.

We liked them very much. We also trust them very much. The price was reasonable. They were very responsive to either emergency or perceived emergency. They were always with a smile. We will use them again in the future.

Genson's is a great company with reasonable prices which is why I called them. I've used them in the past. They came to unclog our main sewage line and just didn't have the equipment to go all the way to the pipe at the street. They charged us $200 for the time spent (3-4 hours) and the city provided the remainder of the service for free.

They were polite, professional, and explained what they did to fix the problem. All in all, a very positive experience. I would recommend them to others

Staff showed up on time and work was completed as scheduled. Staff was professional and cleaned up after themselves. Everything was explained and price was as quoted. Passed township plumbing inspections with no problems.

Their price was actually cheaper than what they estimated. They did above and beyond what I've asked them to do. I was having a conversation with the nice, young man that came out and I mentioned the problem and he said that he could take care of it and he did. And it didn't cost anything extra. I would recommend them very highly. He was very professional.

We had a leaky garbage disposal and suspected it was rotted out. I called to arrange for service and was told that it would be about 250 dollars if the disposal needed to be replaced plus twenty for the service call. I mentioned that I found them on Angie's list and they confirmed this would save me the 20 dollar service call fee. On the day of service, two gentlemen arrived right on time and replaced the disposal within 20 minutes. It is working great. They were very professional and courteous. The price was exactly aligned with the estimate they provided over the phone. Great experience overall. I have a go to plumbing company now!

I bought a foreclosure, and the copper piping was stolen, so the bank replaced it with PACs in the basement. When replacing it, they hooked up the hot and cold backwards to the pipe that lead up stairs. They swapped the hot and cold back in less than 10 minutes and were out the door. Very quick and painless.

Great experience- Genson's is the standard of professionalism others should follow! "Ron" faced a real challenge, breaking free 28 year-old faucet valves to rebuild them. Genson's was very punctual, honest, and efficient. I will definitely call on them, again!

From start to finish the work was done very efficent and businness like. They will be my plumbers from now on. I feel the price was fair for the time they were here and the work that needed to be done to complete the job.

The nice, very professional plumber took a look at my problem and started to work. He was able to carefully chisel off and remove the old flange without damaging the attaching pipe in the floor. He installed a new flange level to the floor. He even had enough time that he offered to set the toilet back on the flange for me (I was going to do that part myself). He used a wax flange that I had for the job, so I guess he might have charged slightly more if I hadn't had one around. In any case, the overall bill was less than $100. I couldn't be happier -- it was the kind of job that would have had me sweating and frustrated for several hours, and I probably would have damaged the pipe. I would definitely use Genson's again.

I had a problem with a pipe in the kitchen. I called and the office staff was super nice. They said they could send someone over by the afternoon..... 20 mins later I got a call to tell me that they were able to come right away, and they were there another 20 mins later. I know this sounds crazy, but my husband was home but on conference call upstairs.... I was at work.... so I called back the office and told the person "just have the guy walk in, and then have them call me on my cell"..... and they did just that. I explained the situation on the phone, he agreed w/ my assessment, fixed the problem, and left an invoice which I promptly called the office to pay. Overall, a wonderful experience, and they didn't kill me on price..... I used the $20 trip discount coupon offered on Angies List. Basically, they were awesomesauce. I was a little sceptical of all the rave reviews..... but seriously, these people seem to have it together.
