Excellent. Arrived as scheduled. Completed the work in less time than the estimate provided. Final cost was slightly less than the quoted price since less pipe had to be replaced than estimated. Quoted price was $30 to $50 less than other quotes received, and since the final price was less than the quoted amount, it was an extremely reasonable cost.

I tried to find some plumber to replace two gate valves in my basement. The two valves are immediately upstream and downstream to the water meter, respectively and very important to the water safety in the house. I found Genson's from the Angie's list. Prior to the choice, I had inquired several plumbers on the price and Genson's gave the lowest one (the highest quote I got was $450). I also found that they really meant business, although they are little bit far away from where I live, they readily promised to provide the service. I confided in them since they clearly put the hourly charge rate here (which is $80/hr, plus $20 service fee), which makes things much easier and trustworthy. They made all the contact with the city water department to arrange the switch-off of the curb side valve on the date they performed the service when they sent one gentleman to do the work. The gentleman arrived as promised and took 45 min to complete the job, which was very professional and perfect. I am very satisfied and thus highly recommend.

Today's work was the final stage of a larger job to create a half-bath out of an empty and wasted upstairs space. This half-bath job was not an easy one, but they worked through the issues, were very collaborative with us, and helped us to create a beautiful new bath. The job included troubleshooting the water line placement from the basement to the second floor, and keeping the disturbance to the other parts of the house to an absolute minimum. The owner, Mr. Genson, originally quoted the job and explained the contingencies in detail. He performed a thorough review of the basement and bath spaces, located an existing line that other contractors missed, and streamlined the process. His estimated was very competitive, and the quality of both the work and customer relationship/service was high. Mr. Genson was available to his on-site team when we hit a small building snag, and helped everyone to reach a productive consensus. The on-site team of Ben and George are the best plumbing contractors with whom I have worked. I cannot recommend them highly enough, and wish that I could relocate them wsith me back to Massachusetts.

Genson arrived on time with all the necessary parts and tools. They performed the work according to the time and cost I was quoted. They took the time to review the work in detail and answered all of my questions. I am very happy with the results.

Arrived at time of scheduled appointment. Quickly found, explained and repaired the problem. The issue was the cartridge that I had replaced on my own was defective, he showed me the problem with the cartridge and suggested that I return the part to HD for a refund (after he put in a new Moen OE cartridge). Since the repair took much less than an hour, he asked if there was anything else that I needed him to look at while he was there. Will definately use these guys again in the future.

Sewer inspector was on time and extremely knowledgeable. he was able to quickly find my tank, test water entering the tank, and inspect the sewer field. This system was inspected previously by a HUD contractor who clearly was going through the motions. After the inspection, I was completely informed of the system capacity, existing repairs, and useful life. This service probably saved my $4000 - $5000.

Our water heater tank was about to retire and needed to be replaced. Ben was very punctual and courteous. He told us our tank couldn't be repaired and needed replacement. He made a call regarding ordering our tank and said they could install it the following morning. The following morning, like Ben stated, they came on time, installed the tank and educated me on my new tank. It went smoothly and efficiently. Ben and Chris were really good and very nice. We've found our family plumber!

They were supposed to come in the afternoon and showed up at 4. I understood they got tied up with an earlier job. However, the plumber (Chris) seemed rushed to leave our job - after all, it was a Friday. He never found the cause of the leaky toilet - he did confirm that it was losing water but didn't know from where- said he didn't carry parts to fix it nevertheless. He didn't even bother to look at the sink that needed the fixture repaired- he said "if it is a kohler, we don't carry the parts." He left at five without any plans to return with parts to fix either the sink or the toilet. The toilet still leaks

they provided advice regarding size and answered my questions. they installed it, cleaned up afterwards and performed it efficiently.

I called around 2:30pm to schedule a service call, and seeing as I didn't needed an emergency call, they made me the 1st stop for the next morning. They arrived on time and directly went to work on snaking out the plugged & backed-up storm drain pipe, they had to use two different "snakes" to get the blockage open, but they got it done. They also snaked out the sanitary drain pipe just to make sure that it was not part of the problem, the job was complete in just over an hour. No issues or complaints & I thought that the price was reasonable for the work performed.

It went smoothly, took several hours. They were right on time and worked well. Very courteous.

They did a great job, were very respectful to us and our home, and stuck with the original estimate. We are very pleased and would recommend them to anyone needing a plumber.

They worked very quickly, they were polite, called us before they arrived.Sweated the old valves and installed new ones on same spot of the pipes. They cut off the old housing of the faucet and sweated in new style faucet. I think they did a great job and I would most definitely hire them again. The only negative thing is that they could have called us earlier in the day with an ETA.

Very well. Nice young man came out, was very courteous and on time. There was a little leak, and he came back right away to correct it.

Called around 9am and by noon, Ben was here. Cleared two seriously clogged shower drains and repaired 4 toilets in 1 1/2 hours. Totally professional, efficient and friendly. Really happy!

Eric was excellent. I called the afternoon before and was told the repairman would call 20/30 mins before arrival the following day. Eric did exactly that. He was very professional, on-time, and friendly. He had to leave to get the part and was very quick to return and complete the repair.

The only materials I had to supply was the new faucet; they had all the needed supplies (new valve, flapper, water lines) in their truck. I had two people show up to do the work and it took them about an hour. They were friendly, polite, and clean, and explained what they were doing whenever I had questions. The office staff was likewise friendly and professional. They showed up when they said they would.

These guys are great. They show up when they say they will and do quality work. They even plumbed a washtub sink and did not charge me. Will recommend them always.

VERY HAPPY WITH SERVICE AND WORK THAT WAS DONE. THE PLUMBER WORKED VERY CLEAN CONSIDERING THE JOB WAS MESSY. HE HAD TO REPLACE A BATHTUB FIXTURE,VALVE AND AN OLD IRON PIPE SUPPLY LINE THAT "WELL WATER MINERALS" THAT ALMOST TOTALLY DESTROYED. |NO REAL ACCESS TO VALVE AND SUPPLY LINE, HE HAD TO CUT INTO CLOSET WALL TO GET TO BOTH.

I am extremely pleased. Parts were not available at first, but the plumber was able to make the shower useable with a temporary repair. Parts for my shower/bath are limited, since my home is older. The plumber was able to use my attractive front pieces and use a kit for the back side. He also noticed my bath spout needed to be sealed. Everything works and looks better than it ever did.

We have used Genson's three times in the past year. Each time they offer prompt quality service for an excellent price. They are now our plumber of choice

The owner himself came out. The work was done quickly and efficiently. It was reasonably priced.
