Description of Work: They installed a shower, toilet and sink in a basement bathroom. The work was done on time and on budget. The guys were very nice. The only negative was that they left a little mess, but would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to friends.

Description of Work: had a leak from bathroom sink. because it was a very simple repair offered no charge BUT he said I needed a full new sink because it was so old. He gave me an estimate of a little over $200 and said it was good for a year. He then went down to basement to make sure I did not have other leaks (but really to check me out for more work) but I was ok. I did not call back because the sink was in semi working condition for past 30 yrs and I figured nothing was going to break or crack or leak in the next year.I was right! Left a yucky feeling with me even though service was free. I knew the free charge was a gimmick to use them again.

Description of Work: Our master bath shower head control was broke and water had to be shut off on a Sunday morning. I was able to contact several plumbers, but Genson's was the most fair price, and respond within a few hours. Completely satisfied!

Description of Work: Called Genson's in the morning of May 29th asking if someone could come that day to repair a leaking pipe in my basement. I was told it would be sometime that afternoon - which was acceptable. I got a call at noon, saying someone was on his way. He arrived at 12:30 and by 1:25 he was gone. Price was VERY reasonable. I was very happy with Genson's and would definitely call them again

+ -1 moreGenson's were able to come out within 24 hours, when other companies didn't have opening for 2 or more days. The technician was clean, pleasant, and professional. He did the repairs in just under one hour. The technician installed a new Filler Valve/Float system in the tank. All seemed well until we went to sleep that night. The new filling system constantly cycled on, filling the tank with additional water. It was very noisy. We called Genson's and promptly sent out another technician. It turned out that the rubber flush valve (stopper) was worn and causing water to leak out of the tank and into the toilet. The technician put in a new flush valve at no charge. Overall, we were satisfied. However, I would have thought the first technician would have noticed the flush valve was bad and replaced it then. My last comment is nit-picky. I prefer that service trucks don't park in front of our front door. (We have a circular drive.) Service trucks often leak oil and it's no fun cleaning it.
Description of Work: We had three problems. First, the faucet in the shower had separated from the wall leaving a 1/4" gap. Second, the shower knob (that turns on the water) was suddenly very stiff and hard to turn. Third, the water in the toilet would frequently run.

+ -1 morePlumber was on time, and removed shoes to work in house. He found the source of the problem for the basement ceiling and fixed bathroom sink as a result. Plumber fixed toilet leak & replaced old rubber parts. Plumber fixed the leak in the kitchen sink & removed water softener at my request, which means a new pipe into garbage disposal. Plumber cleaned up after work was done. A new leak was discovered under the kitchen sink the next day. A phone call to the company prompted a 2nd plumber to come out the next day. Further fix was needed to the new pipe under the kitchen sink. First plumber disconnected the secondary water spout (for hot water/drinking water) with the connector hose cut off & just hanging unattached under the sink, this had some residual water in it which the 2nd plumber thought was the cause of the water. The 1st plumber should have told me what he did, but willing to give him a break. This was a big job and he did it in two hours. Company has a 90 day work guarantee.
Description of Work: Fix a leak in the kitchen sink and a leak coming in the basement ceiling and a leak from a toilet.
