They showed up on time and quickly diagnosed and fixed a leaky faucet and shut-off valve. The final bill was much less than another company that had been out the day before. They also waive trip charges for Angies List customers. Would definitely use them again!

Except for one snag, everything went well. Our plumber was very professional and courteous. He went right to work and had the toilet installed in no time. However, when installing the faucet, it turned out that the pop-up assembly was not long enough. This necessitated a trip to the plumbing store for the right part (not his fault). All and all, we were very satisfied with the installation. We would not hesitate to call on Genson's Plumbing in the future.

Genson came out a week ago to repair my repairs. They showed up on time and started on the toilet. They replace all of the parts in the toilet tank. Then they replaced some of the connections I made for the outside faucet. A day after they left, a valve that I had placed in the line to the faucet started a very slow drip. I called Genson and they returned and replaced the valve. This second repair is not a reflection on their previous work. I will use them again

I was not making progress regarding the repair of my Moen kitchen faucet. I consulted Angie's List and called Genson's Plumbing. The person answering the phone (Sue) was very professional and said she would call me back. Within an hour she called and said a plumber (Chris) would be at my home in 30 minutes and he was. My faucet was not repairable due to inner parts being stripped and rusted. I asked Chris to stand by while I went to Lowe's to purchase a new faucet. Chris promptly installed the new one and was at my home for just one hour; the resulting charge for all the work was only $80.00. I was very impressed with the professionalism and quality of this company and will definitely call them again.

I've used them twice and they are great. They have come right out both times and taken care of the problems. They are very responsive. They are very professional and know what they are doing. They don't waste a lot of time. It was awesome that they came right out.

We have not had any work done by Genson's. I think the guy we were talking to was Mr. Genson. I got a good feeling from him and the price was good.

Job proves you get what you pay for. This plumber installed a really cheap sump pump, which failed less than 2 years later, resulting in a flood that cost me thousands. Yes, the water here in the country is h****** these things, but it should last more than 18 months. The new plumber also was surprised and commented on what an inferior product was used.

Did a good job here, although had to tear up a lot of walls and ceilings. This turned out to be a pretty small leak, but appears to be fixed.

They are excellent and if there was a grade higher than an A, I would give it. They are very timely and will come early when needed. They are always polite and professional. I would highly recommend them and I couldn't say enough good things about them. I have used them a few times and each time has been an A+ experience.

If you use this company, make sure you block off a big chunk of time, because their punctuality stinks.

I was impressed to know that they were a family owned business and their motto was, to be your plumber for life. They gave me a fair price as they wanted everybody to be treated fairly. I called them in the morning to get some quotes for the water heater and they had the brand that I was interested in and they were able to install it the very same day.

The water heater went out on Monday evening. Genson arrived Tuesday afternoon to replace the water heater and the job would have been completed on Tuesday but the old tank - 80 gallons - had to be drained before they could move it out. JThey returned at 8:00 am on Wednesday and completed the job. Clean installation work, no leaks, great to have hot water again. Genson uses a Michigan product, Bradford-White, and the company recycles are reuseable and recyclable materials. A great deal all around.

It went well. They are professional from beginning to end. They sent the video by e-mail which was nice. The quality was acceptable although it didn't seem to clear. They charged about $60 less than roto rooter. They charged me extra to pull up the toilet and replace the toilet.

Our first visit was from Chris, who was very helpful and professional. He gave us a price on several items , explained everything, looked over the general plumbing condition of the house.(this is a 'bought as is' foreclosed home) We felt comfortable with him and we felt that he was truly interested in helping us fix up our new home. Erin in the office is very helpful and cooperative in setting appointments that will work with everyone's schedule. Jason, came back along with Adam to do the main body of work last week. They spent almost an entire day, working very hard to get evreything done right. The bath tub was particularly difficult to fit into the current space and they had to make several adjustments so that it would fit right. The price they gave us also included the disposal of the old water heater and tub. I would hire them again, with no hesitation. In fact they are programmed in my cell phone!

The plumber (sorry, I forgot his name) arrived exactly on time and got right down to work. I had phoned in the toilet brand ahead of time, so the plumber brought the correct brand replacement part with him. Unfortunately, the brand replacement part was missing a key piece (this was not the plumber's fault, but a problem with the part manufacturer). So the plumber hurried over to a large home improvement store to get another part. He was apologetic and concerned that he was delaying me. He returned quickly from the store and got back to work, fixing both problems with ease. He doublechecked his work, making sure there were no leaks. He then thoroughly cleaned up. Finally, he wrote up the bill, which was what I expected it to be based on the discussion I had when I originally called about my problem. The plumber was extremely professional, efficient, and friendly. It's easy to tell that this company values its customers and knows that treating them well will result in repeat business.

The work that was done by them was excellent and their prices were really good. I am going to be using them again for some more work real soon. They were 60 percent lower than two other companies that I called for the same work. The shut off valves are real convenient and they were only 30 dollars extra. I am completely satisfied with their service.

They were on time, professional and knowledgeable. I previously had another plumber out on one of the tubs and they couldn't find the problem and charged me $120 for their time.

We needed emergency plumbing assistance. We have an ejection pump for our septic system that failed, spilling sewage water onto the floor in the laundry room. We called Gensons, they had a service representative call us back within about 15 minutes. He first tried to save us some money on the emergency trip to give us some suggestions to get it going on our own, which my husband had already tried (but we appreciated the attempt to save us the money!). He was out here about an hour later with a replacement. He was professional and friendly. Absolutely no complaints!
