Description of Work: Upgraded plumbing. Provided a detailed estimate and did an excellent job. In kitchen furnished and installed basket strainer and 2 traps, installed faucet and disposal. In bathroom furnished and installed 1 waste and overflow and changed cast iron trap in basement. Installed tub/shower trim and valve. Provided rough-in. In basement furnished and installed 1 laundry tub and faucet, 2 air arrestors, 1 boiler drain and 3 ball valves. Removed cement tub. Cleaned up when finished.

Description of Work: The plumbers did the shower faucet repair fine and they were personable guys. But there were a few things that I took issue with. 1) They didn't take their shoes off (or cover them with the little footie things) as they traversed in and out of the the house on an inclement day. 2) They disconnnected the ceiling smoke detector (to prevent it from going off when soldering) but left it hanging from the ceiling (still inoperable)! 3) They left a screw loose on the faucet faceplate that they installed. 4) They did a poor job of chaulking around the faceplate -- rough not smooth --which will make keeping it clean (and mildew free) in the future a bigger chore.

Description of Work: My upstairs commode on the toilet became dislocated slightly. I called late one evening and left a message. They called back at 8am and two experienced plumbers came by at about 9am. They fixed it within an hour and charged the hourly price of $80 plus a few parts. They were ontime, the neatest plumbers I'd ever seen,polite and fast. I would definitely use them again. THey gave me an estimate on a hot water heater that seemed good. Afterwards I realized the noises I'd been hearing were from the condensate pump next to it and didn't need a water heater. I would definitely use Genson's to put in a water heater.
