Executive Landscape

We started this process in May. He stood us up the first time we were supposed to meet on a Saturday which should have been my first clue. I called the office and his cell phone repeatedly with no response. However, he called me on Monday morning to apologize with a reasonable story about problems with his cell phone so I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. He came to our house and spent a couple of hours with us discussing what we wanted and then agreed to draw up a design and review it with us in 2 weeks. He also said they could fit us in to get the work done by the end of June. He seemed very knowledgeable, had some really good ideas and offered to give us a discount to make up for our inconvenience of the first meeting so we decided to proceed. However, he didn't hold up his end of the bargain. We scheduled a follow up meeting to review the design several times, but each time he called or e-mailed on the day of to reschedule. This happened at least 3 times over the course of several weeks after which he stopped returning my phone calls and emails altogether. I understand that spring is a busy time of year for landscaping companies, but I would have expected some communication to let us know what to expect even if there was a delay. I am very frustrated that we invested 2 months of time into this company only to end up with nothing. Now we're stuck becuase most landscaping companies are already booked into the fall (especially for such a large job). Every other landscaper I call tells me that I should have started this process back in May if I wanted to get the work done this summer. I did - just with the wrong company. Now we might not even be able to get it done at all this year because I wasted so much time with Executive Landscape. Don't be fooled - they seem knoweldgeable about landscaping, but they are extremely unreliable and very unprofessional.

We contacted them via their website. We received a call back and setup an appointment. On scheduled appointment date, Rajai Musleh showed up on time and was pretty professional. He told us it would take a week or so for the quote. We never heard back from him. We contacted him about 1-week later. He stated he needed to come back out and take some more measurements. To this date, we still never received a quote.

They were wonderful. Everything was perfect.

Serveral designs we presented to us ,after selecting the design we preferred, work started within 2 weeks as promised. The crew arrived on the date stated in the contract , all materials were delivered and all work was completed as promised. This company was great to work with.
