Very easy to set up an appointment for later the same week that I called. The crew called before arrival and they were on time. They did the work timely and answered any questions I had. It was suggested we use ceiling fans and floor fans to facilitate the drying.

They are very effective. They give courtesy calls. If I am a weekly customer, they schedule visits. They call me every year or every year and a half and check if I am interested in getting my carpet cleaned. I like that very much. There is a lady called Margret. They are really loyal and good to their customers. They are really good at personalizing.

Set up cleaning at 9:00 a.m. At 11:10 I finally got a hold of the owner and he said ''they weren't coming. I was too far out''. I told the company my location when we set up the appointment. Said he tried to call me but I never got the call nor any message. The last time I used this company they did a poor job, but because I had used them in the past and they did a decent job, I used them again.

They were on-time. They set up quickly. They asked pertinent questions re:furniture moving, stains, etc. They placed protective cards beneath furniture as necessary. After the work was completed, in between 2-3 hours, it was drying. Upon inspection, we noticed areas which had not been satisfactorily cleaned, e.g.corners of the stairs and hallway. We called and explained our concerns. The owner stated that the men would return on a specified day and time to correct the problem. They did not arrive. I called, spoke with the owner, who said he did not recall our conversation. He sent the same 2 men out,however, that day. They told me that the corners were not going to improve, that condition was consistent with all carpets, due to ventilation within the home. They then spent about 15 minutes ''correcting'' the problem. The carpets remain unsatisfactorily cleaned. I would never call them back, nor would I recommend this company.
