He was recommended by a number of people in my neighborhood. He did leaf cleanup and he was late because that day it started to snow. He was good, except he got caught by the weather and that caused a problem. But he did not charge us. He came back about three weeks ago when we had some warm weather and finished up what he had left behind. His price was reasonable. He's good. He's thorough. He takes time. He's very pleasant and agreeable to work with. It's his company, so he's concerned about it. He was good. He came back. He said if there were any problems with the yard, he would reseed the areas that had a problem. He's conscientious and kept in touch with us. He came back and he cleaned up the leaves that were left on one side of the house where he had piled them. He did the best he could, but the ground underneath where he had left the leaves was still frozen. So, he said he would come back in the next spat of warm weather and see what he could do, give the ground a little more time. So, he hasn't been back yet, but it's cold again, so we'll have to call him back when it gets warm. I went out there and did some of my own cleanup. I think it's going to be ok. He'll be back, I'm sure. We'll talk to him. He has been good about responding. He's trying hard. I would give him another opportunity, since circumstances sort of caught him there, with the snow.

Dan Busch was pleasant to talk to on the phone, and offered a relatively competitive price. 
Services were not rendered when promised, did not appear for weeks at a time
without calling, and I had to contact numerous times to find out when
services would take place or to ask to weed whip the driveway.
