Description of Work: I called stratton roffing when I first got this house. The roof needed a couple different things done to it. I called and the owners son came and gave me an estimate for a 1,000 dollars. A different man showed up, he would be here for 1/2 hour and then leave. A couple times it appeared he had been drinking, he would do a little and then leave, and then come back later or not till the next day and not even tell us what he was doing. The last day he was here, he got up on a ladder for about 15 mins, then got down and told me he was done. So, i gave him the check and, he left. When my husband got home, he went out side and looked at the work. He came back in and told me that some of the work was not done. I called numerous times untill finally the owner said he would come out. He did, with the " uncle i found out" that had been here to do the work. I told the owner about the work that was not finished, he tried to say the things i was talking about was not apart of the estimate but, I had a copy of the estimate still. So, he agreed to come out and put the foam incerts under my metal roof. He never came back, and two weeks later my two back tires were slashed. I asume someone was not happy about me telling on them for appearing to be drunk and continuously leaving, and only being here for 15 min to 1/2 at a time. I cant prove it, but how did 2 new tiers get that way, only the back tiers. Hummmmm. I would not want any to go through what I did.
