He replaced my heater at almost half the cost of all other quotes in Petoskey. I waited a year to write this review so I could see how it turned out. Everything is working perfectly. I feel like a winner!

We were hit by lightening in January (who would have expected that to happen) and it took out both units. So we called for repair and Brian came out and looked at it. He found the problem and a mess from years of mice nesting in both units. So we waited til spring to clean out the units completely and decide the most economical way to correct the problems. (That was not a problem for us since we also have a wood stove and electric baseboard heaters as a backup.) Brian came back in early spring and cleaned out and checked over everything. We discussed many possibilities starting with repair only. Since the units were old, we decided to replace the most used one and repair the other. He ordered parts and the new unit and promptly made the installation. He was prompt, friendly, removed his shoes each time he went in and out of the house, and left us with a beautiful new system. Both the new unit and the repaired unit are working perfectly and we are happy with his work. He was very careful to make sure the new unit hung in the very same place on the wall, preventing us from having to do any wall repair. Everything looks wonderful, and we will definitely call Brian at Hank's next time we need anything.

Came out to home personally on same day I called for estimate to discuss various options available. Offered a cost saving alternative to the air conditioner that needed to be replaced. Installation went smooth and looks professional. Solution has significantly reduced heating and cooling expenses by about 30%. Very satisfied and would use again without hesitation. (Hybrid Solution involves high efficiency heat pump and blower motor replacing 13-year old air conditioner. Now I can heat home with heat pump when temps are above 25 degrees, and cool home for about half the cost as the old A/C unit cost. I have cut propane use by almost 60%, and now have 3 ways to heat home, heat pump,propane furnace, or my existing wood stove.)

EXCELLENT OVERALL EXPERIENCE! From start to finish I was very pleased with their promptness, professionalism, and attention to detail, while also being very friendly and courteous. I was offered various options and great cost saving solutions to satisfy my requirements within my budget. The installation was performed within my requested time frame and went very smooth. They made sure I understood the new system and cleaned up before they left. This was all provided at a very reasonable price versus the many other quotes for comparable equipment I had obtained. I will be consulting with them again in the near future, when it comes time to replace my ailing hot water heater!

Everybody charges too much in the business. He is a good guy. He is by himself in the company. He is usually pretty responsive and professional.
