They were awful. He came once, gave me an estimate and then he came on the day that we planned for him to come over, and he said he wanted to get the paint and scaffolding and would be back by the afternoon. He never called and he never came back. The next day I called him and he wasn’t taking my phone calls. I called him every day for three days and my husband called him from his cell phone hoping that he would see a different phone number and would answer and he did. He told my husband that he decided that he was not coming to do our house. It was just awful; anybody using him would be stupid, because he was a liar and a cheat. He quoted $2100 for the job. I gave him a chance for about five days and then I called another company and they came out and did it. He seemed honest when he came over and gave the estimate and it was in line with the other three estimates that I got but I don’t know what happened. He just disappeared after he showed up for the work. His price was in the middle, it was not the cheapest or the most expensive. I did call the references and everyone said they liked him. I didn’t pay him anything and I was able to get the work done, so it is over and done. I would not ever recommend him.

He has done everything for me except plumbing and electrical. All that he has done has turned out well for me. He is more reasonably priced than a lot of other contractors. He has done flooring and ceramic tiles, too.
