We’ve used Wolverine for years to wire our facilities as we expand and also to maintain a Generac generator that they installed years ago. This is a very professional operation and we will continue to use them for our electrical needs.

I was very dissatisfied with the service of the company that originally installed my Kohler back-up generator, so I reached out to Kohler Customer Service for another recommended dealer and they referred me to Wolverine Electric in Niles. Wolverine worked with Kohler Service to rectify my generator issues and they have been providing exceptional service for us ever since. Customer service is obviously a priority with Wolverine and consequently we are now loyal customers.

Had trouble getting one. But came and switched out the old one and hooked up the new one in very timely and professional manor. Technicians were very courteous and friendly. Went over everything before leaving and made sure it was operating correctly and answered all of my questions.

Wolverine installed a home backup generator at our primary residence. The on-site team was professional and thorough in the installation and information sharing regarding the product we purchased. I would hire them again.

My wife and I were visiting the Kohler show rooms in Kohler, WI. the spring of 2018 to see their home products along with backup generators for our SW Michigan log cabin. The Kohler representative stated Wolverine Electrical Contracting was their key supplier in Michigan. We contacted Wolverine and set up site visit to discuss cost and the placement of the Kohler generator for our cabin. Gerry from Wolverine visited our cabin twice to discuss all the issues for the generator installation at the optimum site to minimize the sound when the generator operates while minimizing installation cost. Wolverine identified everything I needed to have completed before the generator could be installed by notifying the gas and electric company. The Wolverine team showed up and the generator was set at the designated site, and all the electrical work was completed. The gas company then came and completed switched out our old meter for a larger one. At the end of the day the generator was started for a test operation without a hitch. We are very pleased with the installation and the follow up maintenance service provided by Wolverine.

I had Wolverine Electrical out to address an ongoing issue with my generator and they were able to diagnose the issue in a very short amount of time. They then ordered the part for my generator and had it fixed within a week from the initial service call.

The Electrician and an apprentice arrived early for the appointment. They scoped the problem, located the actual connection points under the plaster ceiling (There was no box where the original fan and light were mounted.). They prepared the job site prior to starting by protecting the floor from falling debris. The electrician quickly located the connection point under the plaster and cut through the ceiling to install the fan leads in box. The wire for the light fixture was placed in a new box where we wanted it. At the completion all debris was removed. Except for the new boxes it was like no work was done.

Work was completed as scheduled at a fair price. Workers came as scheduled with all required supplies and equipment. All work was excellent quality.

Great to work with and very professional.

I had an issue where the machine would not start. I called them out and the guy charged me $300 for a year's contract. I never told them I wanted a contract for a year. I just wanted them to come out and fix it. He was here no more than an hour. They assumed that I knew that it was a contact when I simply said come out and fix my machine. I called the owner, he wouldn't work with me on the issue.

The electricians have always responded very promptly to our request for service. They called first to make sure we were home, then arrived as scheduled. The jobs were always completed in a very timely manner. This final job (locating underground wiring) while small was well handled and all marking was easily visible for the additional contractor who is building a new garage for us. The "good" rating on price is because I felt the charge foe using a tool already owned by the company, in addition to the service call charge was a bit high. Since the entire job took under an hour, the minimum charge for the services of a license electrician was very fair. I will call this firm any time I need the services of an electrician.
