They did my buyers inspection prior to the purchase of my new home... 8 days after closing I had to have $1,700 worth of work done to my septic, the plumber said that most home inspections use cameras in the pipes now days to avoid issues like this... 4 months later my roof began leaking in my office, the roofer said it was a bad valley and that anyone should have caught it if they were on the roof.
