Install of windows, was pore workman ship, NO insulation around windows, lots of caulk, sliding glass door was replaced once and one of its panils once, screen on slider was replaced 4 time do to install damage. No I would not like to use these people again, but we may have to because we need the insulation arount the windows.

.Most of the employees they used didn't speak english and the one that did speak english was out in the van most of the time so they would look at me like I had two heads. That was the only negative thing. I was more impressed with the employees at the store. They were done with the job within a couple of hours.

We decided to use Lowe's over the competition because it seemed like a one stop shop. We do a lot of business there. We saw the shingles we liked. They could get a crew in quicker than some of the other guys. They were pretty reasonable. I think they were right up there on the price. I think it was a reasonable price for what they did. We have had them out once because we had a leak. It wasn't the roof that was leaking. It was a window. The way the rain hit that day caused it to leak around the window. The guy sealed it for us, which was not part of his job. They were there right away. They came out very very quickly. These guys were short two people and it took them a little bit longer maybe than it would have if they were a 6-man crew. These guys worked until the sun was completely down and we felt sorry for them. They were very very professional.

It was excellent. It went very well, it was a good installer. He did a nice job, no complaints.
