Had a great experience using Krueger's septic service. I hired them to do a job for some family and spoke to the new owner. He assured me there would be no issues. They showed up on time and quickly went to work. The workers were courteous and friendly. Got the septic tank pumped and no issues. I would definitely use Krueger again.

Called on Tuesday evening and were told they would probably be able to get to it by Thursday which was excellent since we had a busy week with company coming in from out of town on Friday. I called again on Wednesday morning at 8:12 and got a answering machine. At 11:00 am I was worried and called again. I got a answer and was told she would call me right back. She called me back 5 minutes later and appointment was set. He came on time Thursday morning but almost worried me when he said he did not have enough hose to reach our tank. He put his hoses together and made it there. He was at my house for 15 min which seemed like a very short time so I am hoping he got most of it. He knocked on my door and gave me information about the condition of my tank. New information about my septic. On Sunday my basement started flooding again. My husband checked the septic tank and it was full. He call this company and was told that the septic was probably full due to use. At no time did he mention that they are supposed to empty both the septic and dry well and then check the system to see if they are working properly. So what has happened is our system is not working well and this company just took my money to empty 1000 gallons only for it to fill right back up. They did not do their entire job and when called they refused to admit that they did anything wrong. They are not doing the full service and are taking money from people who do not know how septic tanks work. I did not know either until I called a reputable plumber and he explained. These people need the be stopped as they are thieves.

I called to make an appointment on Thursday. We scheduled for the next Monday, he said he would be there before noon. I waited until 12:30 then resumed my day. He called at 1:30.

Due to some miscommunication, it took 3 tries to get them here, but once that happened, service was performed pretty quickly.

They did an awesome job. They are half the price of everyone in the area. When I call them, they come out within 2-3 days. It takes them about 15-20 minutes to perform the service.
