Tony did a beautiful job installing a walk-in shower with tile walls. He had to do some extra work to correct a mistake made by the original builder but it was perfect when he finished. This is the second project I've hired Tony to do and am very pleased with the results.

Tony is a contractor we previously used to finish out a basement. We hire him again to do a bathroom remodel, which include a new walk in tile shower and bathroom floor. We receive several compliments on the tile work and overall appearance of the bathroom. Tony is a dependable contractor who takes pride in his work while incorporating customer's desires. We highly recommend him for your home projects.

We redid the basement, powder room, kids bath, and updated the trim and doors throughout the house. We repeatedly choose to work with Kendall Builders due to their knowledge and professionalism. Up next are the kitchen and master bath! Tony educates and collaborates with clients so they can have confidence as their remodel and update their homes.

Kendall Builders did a great job on our full bathroom remodel and 1/2 bathroom addition! Tony kept us informed throughout the entire remodel and answered any questions we might have. He was diligent to show up on time and kept his remodels to the schedule. Tony makes sure his work is done properly and does everything possible to make his customers happy with the end result. Tony came out promptly and gave us an estimate which we received the same day. Once we accepted the bid, work was started 3 days later. Work was completed on time and he did a great job. Tony kept a very neat work area. We are very satisfied with his work and will definitely call Kendall Builders for our next job.

Tony was excellent! He went over everything that needed to be done very throughly & answered all of my questions. The quote was within my budget. Tony found issues once he started the remodel & fixed them so the project was done correctly from the bottom up. I feel confident that I won’t have issues in the future with old plumbing & the security of that is at the top of my list. He even cleaned up during & after the remodel. Tony did great work & I won’t hesitate to call him for future projects. Very happy!

Tony Kendall is an excellent go to professional. We had a bathroom extended and remodeled and they did a great job. We've had them do other electrical and plumbing jobs and we have always been so happy. Tony is great to work with and we trust him.

I am newer to the area and relied on these reviews to make my decision to hire Tony. I couldn't agree more with these 5-star reviews! Tony was an an absolute pleasure to work with for my custom all seasons patio (formerly a screened in porch)! Throughout the whole process, he was honest, communicative, fair and trustworthy. He went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with the plan and that I was making the best decisions for me. If you are looking for an expert in remodels and a perfectionist in carpentry work, look no further! Will definitely be hiring him for future projects!

Tony does great work and is reliable. He always showed up at committed times and completed his work with high quality and attention to detail. He found some electrical and plumbing issues that helped us avoid future problems and unnecessary expense.

They did a very good work,. and I was very happy with their work. Their pricing was average, very professional and on time, they were able to completed the work as agreed.

I called Tony and requested an estimate for a covered patio and also an addition to my house. He responded quickly and set up a time to come to my house. On March 2nd, he came to my house to look over the projects. Tony stated he would get back to me in about a week to ten days. After two weeks, having not heard from him, I called to get an update. It took almost an entire minute just trying to get him to remember who I was. He had no information for me at that time but stated he would put something together in the next 7-10 days. As that time elapsed, I sent him an email reminding him that I was still waiting and also requesting him to let me know if he is too busy to do the work so I could move on. It has now been over a month since He was at my house and I still have not heard one word from him regarding a quote or estimate. No courtesy call, no email response, nothing! Be weary about calling this gentleman.

Owner (Tony) was very good at explaining the work he was going to do, gave clear explanations, and kept me informed every step of the way. Was always very prompt and put in a full days work. Work site was always kept clean. I am very satisfied with the work he did for me and would not hesitate to hire him again. I have already asked for and received the estimate for a deck!

Tony has done many renovations for us including framing, flooring, drywall, electrical, window installation, taking out walls, exterior siding, adding sliding door, building a deck. He is very professional, he takes pride in his work and never cuts corners. He is prompt, friendly, works a full day, and keeps the work site tidy. His prices are fair and I give him the highest recommendation.

Not good. The work was shoddy and incomplete.

The project was slower than he said it would be, but the most frustrating thing was that an inspector found multiple problems with the work. Tony came back out to look at it again after inspection and admitted the job was half done and his workers had not completed it correctly. He said he would come back to fix it, but then called to say he didn't have time. He does NOT stand behind his work and is not an honest contractor.

I was very happy to have found Kendall to do the work I had to complete in my office and home. They were punctual, very considerate of the workspace they used and cleaned up very well when they were finished. As we did mutual services for each other based on a pre-existing contractual agreement, the price they charged me was deducted from the work that I had done for them.
