 + -1 moreWe spent hours discussing the project. After a week, I called him and he made a quote - said he'd be out with a contract and wanted a deposit. Never showed. Never spoke with him again.
Description of Work: Gave a quote, set up an appointment and then never came back. Never returned calls.

 + -1 moreOverall we a very satisfied with the final product. All aspects of out contract have been met. The "B" in punctuality is basically due to the time required to complete the building. Part of the issue was due to not establishing a time line for completion. We told Bob that we weren't in a hurry so he worked other jobs in parallel with this job. I think the lesson learned is to make sure you and builder agree on when the job will be done. Bob's Builders was chosen based on a recommendation from a friend and I would be comfortable recommending Bob's Builders to others.
Description of Work: Bob and his crew constructed a 26' x 48' Pole barn/garage. Bob was very easy to work with and his price was well below any of the other estimates we received. The building was constucted in accordance with a plan provided by the vuilder and complied with all local codes. Construction is post and beam with steel siding and rood. Alson included are three garage doors and two service entrance doors. Per our request Bob remove two windows from an existing garage and added them to the building without additional charge.
