It did not go all that well. They were understaffed so the job took a lot longer than it should. They did not tarp the roof properly so when we had rain over the weekend, the roof leaked and damaged some of the cellulose insulation in the attic and part of a ceiling in a bedroom. They replaced the damaged insulation with fiberglass so that seems OK, but I had to call them back twice to fix other problems that were not done right. I don't have much confidence in the long term durability of this job. They also left some pallets at our house that should have been removed. The main installer seemed to know what he was doing but he was under-crewed and sometimes had to work alone, it was too much for one person. Important: I bought the shingles at Lowe's and the job was quoted by their contractor. All American was the subcontractor. I had good luck with Lowe's on an a couple of earlier jobs, but would not use them again because they are not screening their contractors well enough.
