This owner and crew are awesome. I met with Tim after getting other estimates and he was 50% less than the other places but with a high quality product. He took the time to tell me what I needed and what I really could pass on.I'm a small business owner too, so I truly appreciated him not just trying to make a huge sale, but make his profit and a loyal new client. His wife is one the assistants ON SITE. At least for me. It's very windy where I live and the wind had caught a door and knocked in the face. I didn't know this for at least 2 hours and she was still busting her back with them to get the job done. That's true work ethic to me. I'm thankful I found Home Advisor and them.

The details that Ace went over with me, were better explained than I received from Home Comfort Experts. The questions I asked were answered without the full-court press to pay for services that weren't needed. When I did ask about having additional work done, they quoted the price rather than doing the work and pulling a fast-one when the bill was totaled. I highly recommend Ace Heating and Air Condition LLC.
