Our carpet looks brand new and it's over 20 years old! They got stains out that I didn't think they could. I love that they use non-toxic cleaning solutions. They were also fast, and friendly too!

Excellent. They are always on time and professional. Consistently do a fantastic job, we have tan carpet and a black dog, and our carpet always looks brand new when they leave. The price is great. I would refer anyone to them, and do so often!

Between a new cat that was marking it's territory, and our dog that got a bacterial infection and had a bunch of accidents, our carpets needed some major love. After Chad & Natalie finished, you couldn't even tell that we owned pets. Even better, the cat stopped marking her territory because the old smells were completely gone. If I could give a better grade than an 'A', I'd do it!

I was very pleased with Chad and his staff when they came to our office and cleaned our carpets. We track a lot of grease throughout the carpet and Chad spent extra time on these areas and made the carpet look new again. I was also very impressed with their acknowledgement of the working office environment and working around our staff and helping move furniture while doing a professional job. The first time I hired them it was to clean our carpets and that was several years ago. The two guys worked incredibly hard and our carpet hadn’t looked that good in many years.

I had a fire in my home and it was a super stressful inconvenience. The silver lining was the last step to getting back to normal was having these sweet, kind, people brought it all together. It was like it never happened after they were done and I haven’t had to think much about it since. HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for any of your needs.

It was great. Chad and Dave got here early and got the job done in great time. The carpets look awesome. We haven't had the carpets cleaned in six years, so there were areas that were stained. They spent time getting rid of those stains. Later, a few stubborn spots that weren't visible early in the day resurfaced. I'm sure that's more about the time since we've gotten it cleaned than their service because when they finished, I couldn't see the spots. These guys are great, and I would definitely hire them again and will definitely recommend them to others.

FANTASTIC!!! All pet stains were removed and untraceable. The house smells so clean and fresh. There were old stains on the basement carpet that I never thought would come out that are completely gone. Our area rug and recliner look like new. The men who came to the house were super friendly and professional and they really know the science of breaking down stains. We will definitely call them again in the future!

My first impression of Chad and Dave was that they were so personable and professional. They worked fast, done in no time and the carpets were cleaner than they have ever been. The biggest PLUS in having this team clean our carpets was that the carpets were so much dryer. Other cleaners have left the carpet so wet that it took over a full day, with fans on the carpet to dry. They were also able to remove a spot that others couldn't get out and the furniture was put back in the exact spot. We even got little booties for our feet to wear until the carpets dried, about 4 hours. They also do light construction work, so I have hired them to do some dry wall work for us. I will be spreading the word to everyone I know that we have found our go to guys in West Michigan Carpet cleaners.

It went better than I could have imagined. Very friendly, courteous and professional young men. I will be referring them for sure. It is so refreshing to hire a company to do a job and it turns out better than one would have ever thought.

FABULOUS!! Chad and Dave were quick to arrive, kept us in the loop thru the entire experience. Were profession and thorough throughout. I am a bit bit picky, but they were even more so! I would never wish a need for restoration services on anyone, but if you need it, these guys are great! We will certainly use them again if need arises!! VERY happy customers. We became acquainted with this team because of a leak that occurred when a defective part installed by Budget Plumbing burst. Budget was all over the issue, getting the leak stopped quickly and getting this great team on the job promptly. We'd use both companies again for certain.

Went very well. They arrived on time, and even bring their own generator to plug their machinery in to. We had moved our smaller pieces of furniture, but they moved our couch and dining room table to clean. They are friendly, but professional, and everything was done in a timely manner. They even cleaned our small rugs that go on the carpet and at the front door. I was very happy with them, and would not hesitate to call again.
