Orkin has a policy that if you are not satisfied with the service you can get a full refund. I asked twice for a refund. I never got a cent back. It was a total waste of my time and money!
Description of Work: I was concerned about scratching noises in the wall. Orkin put out bait traps, but never solved the problem.

They were the quickest to get to my place. The guys who came out to do the service were very nice. The only thing that I didn't like about them was that I had to have such a long contract. My daughter had an allergic to whatever they put down. So I had to cancel my service with them and they were excellent about it. Whatever they had put down had seriously irritated her and she had to be taken to the hospital and it ended up being quite a tour. I would not use them in the future.
