+ -1 moreOn 11/4/22 at Highlands mobile hp 2 guys early 30’s came to my moms house with clipboard,a few furnace filters & a dry vacuum cleaner expressing that they have an appointment with us in 5 minutes set up with Sherri from Highlands to do a yearly cleaning n maintenance check on it mom has her our furnace guy that already came a month ago n we called Sheri at the office we were never told anything about a appointment we told ur guys to leave they were going door to door thru the whole park I talked to a man that works her in the park ur guys are only supposed to be working on rentals I feel as though your guys are causing your company a BAD REPUTATION Bullying people to try to get into their homes dishonestly SHAME ON THEM THEY SHOULD BE FIRED praying on the elderly that way I would be embarrassed I’m just grateful I was here with my mom she has stage 3 cancer too I hope no one ever does that to any of their family members 😢

Description of Work: Did not fix the problem. Did not refund, only offered to apply towards purchase of new furnace. Their price for new furnace was 1800.00 more then competitor.

We also service and install HUD approved manufactured home water heaters as well as repair fresh water plumbing in all manufactured homes. We do 24 hour repairs when weather requires so. If outside normal office hours always leave a message and On-Call personnel will call you right back.
We do not work on sewer lines, kitchen appliances, or electrical.
