Apex Roofing

I did the search on Angies list for local companies and ratings and called 6-7 companies. Every company I spoke with was backed-up on minimal for 1-2 weeks just for the estimate because of the past two week weather situation. I called Pat Davidson at Apex Roofing and he was able to come out that afternoon. He took the time to analyze the situation and ask the questions required for him to diagnose the problem and provided the estimate on the spot (he's been knows his stuff, he's been doing this for 30 years). And, the estimate was very reasonable. Going up a 2 story home on a slope that makes it 2 1/2 stories, in a wasp infested environment was not appealing. As other companies were backed up, so was Pat but he offered an option that with flexibility and between weather conditions, he would have his one of his foreman out to fix the problem. I was happy with that offer and we agreed to fix the problem if I or anyone was home, or not. The next day, Pat called and said he had someone in the area and would be over within hour. When I came home, the problem was fixed! We've had 2-3 downpours since and I would have $100's-$1000's worth of repair if this was not addressed. Now I have a small stain that I'll touch up with spackling and flat paint. Although Pat could not guarantee a day/time outside a week, the fact that he that he made this a priority, at a very reasonable price, has won my business for all roofing related work in the future.

Highly recommend Apex, Pat returned my request for service and gave me approximate time that they could do the work. The work needed was not emergency so it was about 2-3 weeks before they could perform the work, which tells you they are busy and the good contractors are busy. Worked was performed in one day and i check the work and highly satisfied.

We had returned from a trip and noticed that our master bathroom ceiling had an issue due to a leak in the roof. This was very unnerving. We started to call businesses right away from a google search - either no one answered or an answering service took a message. After a week went by and no one returned our call we decided to search Angie's List. We called Apex and the owner answered right away. I gave him the details and he actually stopped by the same day (Thursday July 3rd). We were shocked when he said someone would stop by on Saturday morning. Saturday morning - the gentlemen was right on time - fixed the roof shortly there after and we have not had a problem since. The owner stopped by the following Monday looked at some additional issues we pointed out in another area - they will be back in a few weeks and make the repairs. I'm very impressed with the response, level of professionalism and commitment to his company. The employee that stopped by has working for the company for 17 years - this says a lot about the company. We highly recommend APEX!

They were fine to work with. They did a good job. They were prompt. They came when they said they would.

We had water leaking into our house when it rained hard, around the chimneys, getting in under the flashing. The owner of Apex came out to estimate right away and with a reasonable price. He also confirmed how long we had until it would be time to replace the entire roof and gave us the tip that whenever we do get it re-shingled (by him or someone else), that we'll want to make sure the roof deck underneath is also replaced since he could tell from the sound when he walked the roof. The Apex crew was repairing our roof within days and did the work quickly & cleanly. We've had a number of heavy rainstorms, including one just days after they finished work and everything has stayed nice and dry. Definitely plan to go back to Apex when it's time to replace the entire roof.

The owner Pat was just fantastic to deal with. He returned my calls promptly and always had time to answer my questions. Pat was very professional, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. Pat's crew was exactly the same. The shingles were delivered when Pat said they would. Pat's crew had to work around the rainy weather. The unfinished roof was covered in tarps and I found no leaking while waiting out the rain delay. Before beginning work the crew would cover the windows by laying plywood over them and moved my wife's figurines from the flower beds away from the house to prevent any damage. After each day of work the crew picked up all the debris and used a magnetic broom-like tool to pick up any nails. The yard was spotless before they left for the day. My wife and I are super happy at the finished result. I can't say enough good things about Pat and his crew. If you need roof work don't waste time calling any other company than Apex Roofing. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

This roofer was very prompt in looking at our home and giving us feedback on the roof. He chose not to bid on the job because of the very complex and steep nature of the roof. He was very professional and we're sad that he decided not to bid the job, as he seems to have a very good reputation on Angie's List.

Everything was well done. work was done quickly and without a mess. I would hire these guys again.

I don't know where to start as far as details. The shingles were delivered when ordered, work started on time and the workers were extremely conscientious about cleaning up any debris, and were friendly and helpful if there were questions that needed to be answered.

Owner was very professional and provided detailed information to back up the quote. Was very patient as we were delayed over the summer due to insurance issues. Materials used were very good. Workers were knowledgeable and ready to answer any questions. Workers were very professional. Apex truly honored their warranty. 4 Months after the job we had some wind gusts that dislodged some of the new shingles. I called Pat the day of the damage and the next day they came out and made the repair. Very impressive. I have no hesitation to recommend Apex to anyone.

I was planning on having the entire roof replaced but decided to try to get a few more years out of it. Apex was on time for appointment for the estimate and repair. Work was done quickly and efficiently. It looks great.

Apex called to see if we would be available, and we confirmed a time. Their employee showed up right on time, and completed the repairs exactly as contracted. he got it done in spite of some rain coming down during the process. I was concerned that the cost might over-run the estimate, but it came in slightly under the estimate when I got the bill. I have since confirmed that my leak is repaired, and it is dry as a bone now. The workmanship is very good, and the employee took specific care to make sure to keep the yard clean and remove all debris. All of fears and consternation regarding this project were for naught - Apex was very easy to work with. Best of all - I didn't replace my whole roof when the minor repairs took care of my issue. Apex will be "tops" on my list when my entire roof needs replacing in a few years.

They completed the project in a 1/2 day & did a good clean up job. Final project / workmanship / excellent.Re-shingled a pole barn.

Pat immediately recognized where the leak was coming from and gave us a quote. He repaired the problem promptly and professionally. I will recommend him to my friends, family and they will positively be my first choice in the future. Pat matched what was already there previously to save us extra money. I cannot say enough for this company or for Pat himself. Thank you again to him because he proved to be dependable, trustworthy and patient.

They are very good. The owner personally came out, explained the whole job and what they needed to do. I was very impressed.

It went well. They seemed very attentive to any issues that they found. They didn't charge extra for minor repairs they found while on the roof, they simply fixed them.

Apex did a superb job. Very pleased with all aspects of quality, craftsmanship, professionalism, clean-up and timing which took about 3.5 days to complete on a roof with complex angles. Great job Apex !!!

.\We used this company to re-roof our home after obtaining several bids. We found that they did what they said they were going to do. Good job, professional and cleaned up afterward (no nails, pieces of roof material, etc.). I recommend this company and would do business with them again.

Good work, slightly higher price, but they are punctual and timely
