Apex was a wonderful contractor to do business with. The owner Pat Davidson is honest and provides a very detailed quote prior to contract signing. He provides comment on material options and answered all my questions with great detail. He was on site at the beginning of the job start to review the work details we previously discussed and agreed to. His highly skilled crew was very professional and not at any point did I question their quality of workmanship. Members of the crew were 20 and 30year plus employees of Apex, which says a lot for a company. Apex replaced our roof many years ago and did a top quality job then so we invited them back when the roof needed replacement and they did another top quality job. We've recommended them to neighbors over the years and all have been extremely satisfied with their work.

The job went very well. The owner, Patrick Davidson, arrived on time after having called me to confirm the work day and time. He explained the job to his employees, walking around the house and pointing out the areas that needed work. All of them listened to and responded to my questions and requests. The work took them a few hours to complete. I looked at the work afterward, and they explained everything about which I asked. It was very nice to work with them, and I was pleased with everything that they did. I unquestionably hire Apex Roofing again if the need arises.

The workers were courteous, skilled, focused and professional. The job turned out to be bigger than first anticipated since the plywood under the shingles needed to be replaced due to warping. They replaced the decking, installed shingles and added several roof vents for better ventilation. There were other unexpected jobs such as connecting existing internal vents to the new vents, replacing rotten wood and realigning gutters. The workers arrived every morning at noon and left at about 5:30. They took time and did not rush the job. Clean up was excellent. They did a very thorough job and checked with me before any additional work was performed. The job was more expensive than anticipated but the quality of the work they did was worth it!

Pat from Apex roofing responded quickly and courteously to my request for roof repairs/vent replacement. We were able to schedule a date for estimate and repair quickly following the estimate - in the same week! What a contrast to our previous dealings with a supposedly-reputable company in Chelsea, MI that had agreed to do repairs in October and by Thanksgiving still hadn't shown up or told us to seek another company. Apex Roofing fulfilled our needs for repairs on our roof, and just in time before the snow started. They were quick, professional, and clean (minus one roofing nail that my husband found on our driveway). We didn't even have to be home when they came to work on our house. I have recommended them to my friends and family, and we will definitely be using them again to replace our roof. I highly recommend their services, you will not be disappointed!

Originally, we had obtained a quote and signed a service contract with Mr. Roof to repair a portion of our roof, who never gave us a date for the work or returned our calls when we attempted to get an update. Even though our job was minor compared to a full roof replacement, Apex provided a competitive quote, was very responsive, and performed the job when they said they would. The quality of the work was outstanding and they thoroughly cleaned up! Would highly recommend this company to anyone in the area!

The job went very well. Apex Roofing showed up on time and completed the job when they said they would. The crew works like a well oiled machine. They work the job of stripping and installing the underlayment and new shingles like an assembly line, while workers on the ground clean up and run new materials. A very impressive process. All they do is roofs like an assembly line, they do not u.se sub-contractors and they are very good at what they do. The job was done 2 years ago, the roof still looks very good.

I contacted Apex Roofing on a Friday morning after learning that a vent in our ceiling (leading outside) was missing, allowing snow, ice, rain, etc to fall into our attic. Apex answered the call, they came out to our home, provided an estimate and replaced the vent within a couple of hours of the call. They even went to the store to pick-up a black vent (to match the other vents on our roof). They were extremely professional, courteous and worked fast. I would recommend them to anyone needing roofing repairs.

We had a period of heavy rain and the roof on my rental property began to leak. I called and left a message with APEX roofing about repairing or replacing my roof. Within 24 hours Pat Davidson of APEX returned my call and arranged to inspect the roof and make quote to repair or replace it. After inspecting the roof, Pat identified the issue, let me know that the roof didn't need to be replaced just yet, and provided a detailed explanation of how he intended to fix the leak. Within two days of the initial quote, APEX repaired my roof. Aside from the responsiveness and high quality work, I was impressed by the no BS APEX approach. They didn't waste my time or try and sell me services I didn't need. They simply came and fixed my problem - imagine that. I will not hesitate to recommend APEX or call on them when it's time to replace my roof - neither should you.

They did a great job. The price was very fair. It was very good.

They were the only ones who said that we needed to have our roof cleaned and not replaced. The cap was damaged and needed to be replaced. We also contracted them to install a leaf protection system. They did an excellent job, cleaned up really well and saved us at least $12,000 .

Service was excellent, work was done in a timely fashion, with very little disruption to me. Roof looks 100% better than it did when I moved into my house. The crew was professional in their work and conversations with me, and I would certainly use and recommend Apex in the future.

Pat responded quickly to my initial call. We had a couple of water spots on our ceilings where rain was getting through the roof. We also had a concern over the flashing, being in our house for ten years. We wanted it checked over since it's been worn and weathered over the years. He came out, and after inspecting the roof was able to determine the work needed to be done. His initial time frame was 2-5 weeks, however his crew was able to fit us in just after a week or so after my initial call. We really appreciated the quick response to our leaky roof, especially since the bad weather of late fall/early winter was upon us!

Apex roofing, from the owner, job foreman, to the roofing team were a pleasure to work with. There was no pressure during the quoting process, and their prices were very competative. They went out of thier way to work out a schedule for both houses that worked out for us, and helped us with the correct shingle selections. The team was very organized and experianced and did exactly what they said they would do. No surprises. Both houses turned out great and the daily clean-up around the houses was perfect.
