Description of Work: They replaced a roof on our home. They did it in February during prime snow season and I was absolutely impressed. They covered it with tarp and did it in segments, and then came back out in April to clean up the nails and debris that had fallen from the roof and was hidden in the snow. They were absolutely fantastic.

Description of Work: They inspected my roof and fixed what was needed advising me that the roof is fine just some spots needed reinforcement. I first contacted them believing the roof was the problem causing an ice dam but was advised to get insulation and then have them come back. They were fair and gave me the most economical solution.

Description of Work: Worked in sections to minimize potential exposure to wind or rain. Removed existing roofing material, revised home roof ventilation system to provide improved roof air flow, and installed a new Landmark Pro Asphalt Shingle roof system. Provided excellent supervision of the job, and worked very well with me as the owner, and another contractor who was providing modified chimney work. The work crew was disciplined and very well organized, did an excellent job of installing the new roof, and performed clean-up and secured the work area each night before leaving. Overall, we were very pleased with the exceptional work and appearance of the new roof!

Description of Work: A roofing company that delivers beyond it's promises? PRICELESS!! We've all experienced businesses that promise the moon AND the lowest price. This is NOT one of those. To roof my 2400 sq. foot house and also detached garage I obtained estimates from five companies. Based on Pat's (owner) presentation, patience, and thorough explanation of the job and choices of material, I selected Apex. I went on instinct and prayed I made the right choice. The first day I was SO NERVOUS about EVERYTHING (a contractor's nightmare, I'm sure) NOT TO WORRY!! On Day 1 I watched EVERYTHING they did. Day 2 I came out occasionally. A rain delay necessitated a short Day 3--I greeted them and left them to it. I knew they would finish up with the same quality, attention to detail, and professionalism. The team was a joy to watch--a cheerful well-oiled machine that worked together like a dream. No shortcuts, no rushed feeling even when thunderstorms threatened. For an hour or two, we even had Pat (the owner) up on the roof with the guys, helping. |We are beyond thrilled with how great the house and garage look! Such straight lines! We hope not to need another roof in our lifetime--but if we do we'll know who to call. | |PS. When I first chose Apex, it was with the knowledge that his estimate was a bit higher than the others--but I was ok with that. Afterward, basking in the glow of a job well done---I looked back at the other estimates and realized that the difference came in the QUALITY of the materials used and the COMPLETENESS of the estimate. Apex prices were just where they should be. EVEN BETTER!

Description of Work: No services performed, Needed an estimate for a new roof........called Apex Roofing,,,,made an appt with Pat Davidson,,,,,He was prompt, professional, answered all my questions. He went through the steps of what the company would provide in the roofing process,appox how long it would take & quoted a price comparable to what I expected. I went with the company who gave me the firsr bid, but Apex would have been my second choice.

I hired these folks based on my perception of their honesty, reliability and their successful lnogevity in the roofing business. I highly recommend them!
