I do not know if the different locations are different as far as help, but I found that you can go to any location, ie Livonia, or New Hudson, and they will ship from the nearest locatio, to your work site. My son is getting help from New Hudson,
as I wan him to use Dennis, but they will use Livonia to ship from. I went in and talked of what I wanted, thye gave me samples explained brands and gave me on line contact for individual shingle makers, I looked up came back asked questions about brands and warranties etc. they made a list gave me individual prices for what my roofer required, They emailed me a change and an update, I called for information twice. I had Dennis each time, and thye held it, at the price ( sale) I locked in( petroleum products are going up) for a deposit, held it until mu installer was ready, and I paid the bill in full the day before, and they sent it for installation.
