The work went excellent. A+. I needed it done right away, and she came to my house right away (on a Sunday to do it). They spent several hours doing the cleaning, and it turned out great. She made sure I was satisfied with all of the work. Best of all, I sold the house!

Harsen Island Inc. provided a deep cleaning of my parent's hourse. Patty the owner was very responsive to my inital call. She came out the next day and gave an estimate and list of services she would be providing. We agreed on a date and time. Patty and her 2 person crew arrived on time. She did an excellent job. It was well worth the price. You would not believe the difference she made in my parent's house. Everything was cleaned and smelled fresh. She was wonderful. I would highly recommend her services. Thank you Patty. I will be calling you in the future to do my house.

Called for an estimate for service voicemail was full and could not leave a message was able to leave a call back number but company has not called back yet that was two days ago .have to wonder about service if I call is not returned promptly especially for a potential new client.

I will never be able to say enough good things about Pattie Harsen and Harsen Island Inc! Pattie contacted me IMMEDIATELY and promptly came to access the new move-in clean that we needed. She thoroughly explained the company services, did a walk-thru, discussed our needs with me and promised a quote to be forthcoming. Within hours she provided a written explanation of all cleaning tasks and expectations. On the date of the service she promptly arrived with a eager and experienced crew that tackled the challenge. Working hard and long, they delivered in every possible way! The home was spotless and ready for moving in! As a matter of fact, the caliber of work was far greater than any cleaning service we have ever used in the past! Pattie and her crew performed their MAGIC and we are very satisfied customers! Pattie Harsen organized one half of my basement that a boarder had used for his office. The boarder left, and it was a mess. Pattie worked quickly and efficiently to get things put back into some semblance of order. It was the best organizing experience that I've had. Pattie Harsen has exceptionally high standards and it shows in her approach to tackling difficult cleaning situations. Pattie is very professional and takes great pride in the outcome of her and her Staff's efforts. I could not recommend Harsen's Island Inc. Cleaning and Organizing more highly.

Patty has come out twice now, to help me get and keep my home looking great. She and her colleague did such a wonderful job with my initial "deep cleaning" that I have asked her to come back on a monthly basis. I have used a service once before and was underwhelmed with the level of cleaning that they thought they had achieved. Patty surpassed my expectations. My home looked wonderful. Furthermore, she treated my children, who were home during the cleaning, with care and respect. Can't say enough good things about the work she puts forth. I recommend her highly!

Can't say enough good things. Everything from start to finish was professional and completed as described in the proposal. Our house was literally unlivable after we had a stone fireplace installed. The installers neglected to contain the area they were working on, which left the entire house full of cement dust. If you know anything about cement dust, you know it is toxic, heavy and thick. We had to throw away fresh fruit that was out in the kitchen. Everything was coated with the cement dust from ceiling to floor on both stories of our house. We were so upset. The girls at Harsens came out the next day and cleaned our entire house. We couldn't be happier with their service. I highly recommend them.

There are three of us that inherited a condo which held a clause that occupant could live there till he passed but was to keep it up. When I first walked in it was either going to cry or run. While we had rehabbing done, new bathroom sinks,toilets and counters and complete painting The cleaning of this condo made me hesitant that anyone could make it shine. The windows hadn't been cleaned in ages. Screens went into the tub several times because the water always turned black. The oven looked like something exploded several times over. The stove had to have cleaners soaking as well as the microwave to remove remnants of food baked in. The refrigerator? Let me slam it shut quickly. So much had spilled and frozen on. The drain was clogged and had to be hand cleared. The tub,showers and floor in the bath rooms had so much rust, mold, mildew and other things I just wanted them ripped out but Pattie told me she would get it clean. The basement had blood stains and dirt that hadn't been touched in years. Pattie also had to work around the carpet installers who I didn't know should have done their job before she came in. She adjusted her schedule and came back a second day to finish the job, minutes before the realtor came into list the property. MIRACLES, a whopping YES. You would never know that was the same condo. It shined. Appliances, bathrooms and floors looked brand new. I am not sure everything they used besides muscle but the place looked and smelled fantastic. The realtors were taken back by the change they had seen since their first observations. There is no doubt in my mind this place will sell a lot faster after her crew came thru. I would never hesitate to recommend her and wish I could take her back to Chicago with me.

The work has been good! She goes above and beyond with her service. She is pet friendly and she even lets the dog out for us.

Patty cleaned our house from top to bottom: she wiped, vacuumed and mopped the floors, walls, tubs, cabinets, rugs, furnitures, etc. She'll clean your house like she does her own home using only green and safe cleaning materials. I left the house to go grocery shopping while she was cleaning my house, my 83yo mother who was at home reported that Patty was so detailed and meticulous in her cleaning. I called her to clean my house again this week; I'm glad we've found somebody that's good at what she does and most of all that we can trust in our home, thanks Patty!

I have to say that I don't spend too much time reviewing services, quite honestly I only invest time to praise good companies. Service orientation is a rarity these days and this company really understands the concept. Communication, coordination and follow up are immaculate. Promptness and attention to detail are extraordinary, verification of customer satisfaction is also outstanding. Value is really good and quality of services is excellent. For a company in this segment these factors are key for successful customer retention and growth. Thank you and good luck.

The Owner of Harsens Island Cleaning, Pattie, came out to my home to give a cleaning estimate. After the owner quoted a price on general house cleaning, I had one more question. "Do you think I might be able to get some help from you organizing my basement?" My basement was a wreck with practically a lifetime of odds and ends that had accumulated. I opened the basement door and we went down and Pattie did not miss a beat. She said, "Sure I can help you organize this". Much to my amazement, Pattie came out early the next week and started organizing the basement. I was present physically, but Pattie did the rest. OMGOSH !!! It was astounding how much of my stuff was put in order. And so quickly, too. After a few hours, Pattie had sorted and categorized about half of my basement's accumulation of things. All of these years had felt bad about all of the things that I had shoved down in the basement helter skelter. I was almost too embarrassed to ask for help. Pattie took it all in stride as if it were all in a days work. My husband was actually stunned at how much Pattie had accomplished in a few hours. He remarked that it was the first time he could see the most of the basement floor in years. Lol !!I The organizing has brought such piece of mind and has been such a load off my mind and back to finally start getting organized after all of these years. Plus I can sell some of my newly discovered things on EBay.I am so grateful. I would highly and enthusiastically recommend Harsens Island Cleaning & Organizing to anyone, and I plan to use their general cleaning service in the future. I began looking for a housekeeping service and pick this company from those listed on Angie's list. A meeting for an estimate was arrangedfor a couple days later, When pat came out she was veyr pleasant and described her services clearly. She also provided a written list of what a cleaning would entail. He sestimate of $85.00 a week was in the range that I thought I could manage. The only reason I din't hire Pat was due to some family problems that are postponing any decisons. I will keep her in mind when thing settle down.

So pleased with all the work that Patty does! Everyone in her company is professional, courteous, and very hard working. I am so glad to have found her and her staff to clean my house. It truly has never looked better.
