She was very friendly. Did a thorough cleaning job. She did an amazing job on my home and it makes me feel so much better being a full time working mom and having 2 toddlers (crazy little boys) that I can spend time with them and not worry so much about my house.

Pattie came out and detailed my colonial in a thorough and efficient manner. I am always amazed at how much effort Patty puts forth. Wow !! Very happy with her work and would highly recommend her company !!

She is coming this week. She comes every three weeks. She does what I need to be done and if I need to change, she changes whatever I needed to have changed. She does whatever I asked her to do. The quality of her service is excellent. She is always responsive. She always sends messages. She is very professional and they always call before they come and let me know for sure.

We had just closed on our home and were trying to move-in the week of thanksgiving, however the home was in great need to a deep cleaning. We contacted Patti with very little notice to see if she had any availability the week before thanksgiving. She went out of her way to help us out and to get our home truly move-in ready. After coming out for an initial walk-through (which she was very thorough in explaining all the work that she would be completing) she spent two days cleaning our house from top to bottom. We were beyond impressed not only with how professional she was but also with how amazingly clean everything was. She literally cleaned every room from floor to ceiling and did not miss a single spot including the back of every drawer in the house. I would recommend Patti's services to anyone who wants the job done right and can't thank her enough for the job she did in our home and how much easier it made our lives during such a crazy time.

This was a monumental job. Definitely not your usual cleaning of a finished basement. My basement is unfinished with a poured cement floor and walls. The floor has numerous areas of cracked cement in the floor that trap dirt. In August the storm water system backed up (no sewage but plenty of dirt). In a word, the basement was gross. If that wasn't bad enough, there were quite a few pieces of furniture, plastic storage bins, even some broken glass in one hidden area. I describe all this to let you know how hard and unpleasant this job was. Patty's can-do attitude and remarkable work ethic carried the day. She TRANSFORMED the basement. I am still excited when I go down there. She actually moved whatever obstacle was in the way of her cleaning. I never expected her to do this. I would have been satisfied if she'd just cleaned around them. She even cleaned a half bath at the top of the basement stairs that had been neglected for months after a plumber came and left it in a disgusting state when he fixed a pipe in the basement, which caused the half bath toilet to back up. She gave me such a good price on this job even after I told her before she saw it that this should be quoted at a higher rate because it was so hard compared to normal housecleaning. I gave her more $$$ than she charged because I was so satisfied. I hope she will come back with her crew to help me with other projects and routine cleaning. Fortunately nothing in the future will be other than normal house cleaning. Thanks Patty Harsen! Update: March 15: I have been trying to schedule Patty and/or her crew to come back (she was traveling after the first cleaning on 1/24) but my attempts to schedule another cleaning haven't been successful. She has other bigger jobs than mine so it's unclear when (or if) she'll be coming back. Maybe my basement cleaning was scary and she didn't want to return so she's just too nice to say so. It's really disappointing I won't really be on her regulars. I'm glad I asked her if she's stay a bit longer and finish the basement floor as I was afraid it could be quite a while before she would come back.

Patty and her crew are friendly, and very professional. They do a great job and my house always feels so good and clean after. I look forward to them each time.

Entire house was trashed by the company that installed a new stone fireplace in our house. There was fine cement dust throughout the both floors of the house. Every fixture from ceiling to floor was coated with cement dust. Harsens Island came to the rescue and knocked it out of the park on short notice.

Patti and her crew were absolutely amazing! This is first time ever using her service and we will definitely continue to. The cleaning performed was above and beyond what is expected and their attention to detail was great! They were very friendly with our children and Gus the cat. Throughout the entire cleaning Patti asked me several times how everything looked and I was thrilled with how clean everything was. I would definitely recommend Harsen Island Inc. to my friends and family and would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to be speechless with how clean their home is. This is the first time I was using Patti's company for house cleaning. I did get price quotes from 2 other companies, but when Patti did the walk through of my house, her level of focus on details and her passion around this business really struck me and was willing to go with her company right away. Due to some painting delays, I have to move around my schedule couple of times and Patti was very accommodating. When the cleaning crew did their work, I was amazed to see how friendly and supportive they were of each other and how Patti treated them like family, this showed in their work. I have never seen such a thorough cleaning done, Patt's team took lot of time to ensure there is no dirt, they rechecked and redid wherever needed and were not clock watching. I was moving out of town, so Patti even extended her help to come and do any touch up if needed before selling, for no fee!!. Clearly, Patti and her crew wanted a clean house and a happy customer!!

The owner, Pattie came out a few weeks prior to the cleaning to see the house. She then emailed a quote. We set up a date for the clean and Pattie along with 2 employees came out. They were here for 4 hours and really cleaned the house from top to bottom. (4 bedroom, 2 story, 2 1/2 bath) Pattie and her staff were professional and did an excellent job. We expect to hire them at least twice a year to provide this service.

Patti provides an excellent cleaning service. My husband and I have different work hours and she was very flexible to meet our needs. Her staff is prompt and professional. They also have great equipment and cleaning products. My house has never looked better. I highly recommend her service!!!

Pattie and her crew have been doing an excellent job at my house for over a year. She is the third cleaning service I've used and won't need anyone else now. She always has the latest and greatest cleaning equipment and solutions. I seldom ever see them any more as they come and go while we are out. When my dog hangs around she likes her too. We are pretty neat but we always know when they have been there. Especially with a big dog around.

We just started using Patricia in the last couple months. She has been very easy to deal with AND in the early days she comes to the house with her employees and gets them oriented to what YOU want done. So far, so good. Would definitely recommend.

Just to give some background about me, I am extremely picky, about how I want my home cleaned. When I first met Patti, she walked through the rooms I wanted cleaned and I allowed her to tell me how she would clean it. It was amazing the details that she mentioned, the things she said she'd clean. She cleaned like me...Miss OCD herself! I had Patti for the first time 2 weeks ago and she and Amy did a fantastic job. There were no water marks left on the tile floor or the pergo floor. Things where put back in their place on the counters. There were no finger prints on my glass table or black kitchen chairs. The floors felt clean. When I walked in, it just felt clean and smelled clean. I texted Patti to tell her thank her and tell her how pleased I was. Patti said I was an excellent housekeeper and she wondered it she could meet my expectations. Well, she did and I am so pleased. Anybody that has been to my home knows how I like my house, so did Patti. She knew exactly what I expected coming into my home for the first time. Patti is a true housekeeping not like many of these other company's. She takes pride in her work which is a true reflection on how she runs her business. I hope to have her for many more cleanings! Thank you Patti for making my life easier, I truly appreciate it.

The thing that impressed me instantly about this company was how Patti treated my dog and cat. They're very shy critters, but they loved her. During the time they were here, the entire crew treated them well. This house is so clean and smells wonderful. Everything moveable was moved including a 200 lb treadmill, the top of everything was cleaned, There is no carpeting and Patti did all floors on her hands and knees, both full baths were sanitizes and sparkling. Washer and dryer on main floor never look so good. Two entrances into the house look extremely inviting, molding, ceiling light fixtures were cleaned. Every item in this house was touched and cleaned by this crew. My plan is to make this Spring deep house cleaning an annual event. It's the best decision I ever made. This is a PRIMO company.

They first time they came out, Patti and her crew cleaned everything with a special vacuum and some kind of filter to filter all the construction dust. She dusted everything, washed down window sills, mop boards, furniture, vacuumed and washed my hardwood floors on her hands and knees. Note, I have hardwood floors on three floors...main, upstairs and in the basement. The only carpeting I have is on one set of stairs. It was an enormous task to accomplish all this. Again, I just don't know how they managed to get all the dust and dirt and grime throughout the house, but they did. The cost reflected above was not for the first time deep clean, but for the maintenance that she does now. When she comes, depending on my schedule, I leave a list of things to do. Sometimes I will ask her to dust and wash the floors, take bottles and such off of our bar and clean and reorganize. Honestly, it's too much to list. They've organized my husband's basement bar and helped keep things running in my house. They will do any task I request...bathrooms, kitchen...nothing seems to be too much for Patti and her amazing team. I am so happy that we found her and she's a wonderful person to work with. Once you meet her, you will call her friend. She makes you feel like you are her only client. There really is too much to list here on one review, but I am happy to tell you that you will not be disappointed!!! I want to note that I had estimates from two other companies from Angie's list; and the individuals I had contact with were not people I would ever have clean for me, let alone leave in my house without supervision. From talking to them, I felt that they would not be respectful of my time or my home. Once you've had Patti's crew out, you will not have to look any further to find someone who treats your home as their own. She's a hard worker with an amazing work ethic and she makes sure her team members are the same.

Patti is very professional, courteous, personable and respectful of my time. She knows her business and what it takes to get it done. I do not have any concerns whatsoever with Patti and her staff in my home alone.

Pattie Harsen was extremely thorough in checking the home over and giving us a very workable estimate. Unfortunately our circumstances changed and we didn't need the service, but if we ever did in the future we would most definitely have her back for any home cleaning job we might have.

Everything was completed according to our agreement. We were very satisfied with the work. Patty is very good at communicating whether she is running late or needs to reschedule. She also was very accommodating when we needed to change the time of service as well.

I couldn't be more pleased with Harsen Island when they cleaned my home on February 20, 2014. The place looked immaculate and I am pleased that I found Patti and her company to clean my house on a regular basis. I was impressed with Patti from the beginning. I initially emailed her on a Saturday evening and by Sunday afternoon she had already visited my home to provide an estimate. The first cleaning was completed on the following Thursday so the response time from when I initially contacted her to the first cleaning was outstanding. It is difficult to find someone you can trust to clean your home as well as do a complete and thorough job. I'm happy that I don't have to worry about that for quite a while. I highly recommend Patti and her team.

Patricia Harsen did an amazing job helping me at a difficult time. I was unexpectedly hospitalized and returned home needing home IV therapy for an extended period. I live alone and was told could do no lifting with my left arm. I called Patricia on Monday and she showed up Tuesday morning and worked HARD for seven hours. She cleaned the kitchen and bathrooms with bleach, washed windows, did laundry, cleaned out the refrigerator, beside scrubbing floors, vacuuming, and dusting. I was absolutely amazed! Her pricing was more than reasonable (I made her take extra) and she provided all her own supplies. Wind her up and stay out of the way!

I gave the name of this company to a relative with a vacation cottage that is sometimes rented out. They needed it cleaned on a Saturday to get ready for the next renters the following day. He was extremely happy with their work. He was so happy he now has them clean on a regular basis. They were very personable, prompt and efficient.

I recently bought a house and was running out of time to get things done before move in date. With a very short time frame, I contacted Patti and asked to some cleaning done in the new home - part of the kitchen cleaned and all of the windows inside and out. All of the kitchen was not available due to other work going on in the house. Patti, Tracy & Lem, they came on a Sunday...YES A SUNDAY! They cleaned the insides and outsides of all the kitchen cabinets and drawers and behind the refrigerator and stove. They also cleaned all of the windows in the house, including the outside basement windows! What a difference all of this made in the house, and it certainly saved me a load of time and stress! Now I'm not afraid to put my own things in those previously dirty cabinets and the windows sparkle! Thank you Patti, Tracy and Lem for all your hardwork!
