We had our house deep cleaned by Patti and Kim. They did an awesome job. We now have Kim clean our house once a week. Patti and Kim are really great to work with! I would highly recommend.

Patti was responsive, friendly and thorough in completing a deep clean of my elderly parents home before a family gathering . I will definitely reach out to Harsen Island in the future if we decide to get support for day to day cleaning or additional special events.

Patti and her crew are very professional and AMAZING!! They are very friendly and very thorough in their cleaning process. My mom's home is where I had hired Patti to do the cleaning. Patti and her cleaning crew start cleaning the whole house from the celing down, windows, walls, even every nook and cranny gets special detail. Wife had been sick, was in the hospital and I called Patty at HARSENS. She and another 2 ladies came the next day a spent 6 hours cleaning the entire house. Excellent job and greatly appreciated

Patti and her team are all wonderful! When I first requested a quote she called within an hour and was at our house the following day. The team is super prompt, professional, and clean as if they were cleaning their own home! The ladies are all friendly and I feel comfortable with them in my home. The dogs love them too! The house looks and smells wonderful when they are done. They take the time to clean things the right way. I am happy to have found them.

Company refused to quote the job, refused the work. Company did not view the job. We could not hire.

We hired Patti to do a one-time deep cleaning of our house before we moved in and her and her team did an AMAZING job. They literally did the whole house (basement included) top to bottom...appliances, floors, walls, cabinets, toilets, showers, dusting, vacuuming, EVERYTHING! They were there from 9AM to almost 8PM and would not stop until everything was perfect. We could not be happier with the job they did. It was such an amazing feeling to be able to move into a freshly cleaned home. We will definitely be using them in the future and would recommend to anyone looking for housecleaning services!

Outstanding as always. Patti did a project for me in the past so I knew how efficient and thorough she is. This time she brought an employee with it her who was also wonderful. I'm going to have them back soon to do some other work.

They are great. They came last week. We haven't got the bill yet, the owner is out of town.

They come once a month and it is ongoing. It is $115 for 4 hours of cleaning. I will definitely use them again. The owner, Patty is extremely nice, she doesn?t come every time, but when she does, she is the kind of cleaner you would like.

I'm very satisfied with their work. They came 2 weeks ago.

One word... A-MAZING! What a great, service oriented company. All around A+++++. Can wait to see them again. What a gem of a find. :)

Patti and her crew did an amazing job. I don't know if I've ever had a cleaner house. The crew cleaned everything we could think of and more. This included "dusty" walls, all lighting and fan fixtures, all kitchen appliances and cabinets, all indoor windows, bathrooms and showers, vacuuming of all carpeting and tile flooring, washing of all tile flooring, cleaned leather upholstery, etc... I'm sure I missed a few things but we were more than satisfied with everything that was done. We will be putting our home on the market soon and based on the great cleaning job that was done, we decided to have the house cleaned every two weeks. Outside of the cleaning aspect, the staff was extremely pleasant and professional. I can't imagine someone else doing a better job for the money. Thanks Patti and Co, Andy & Jill

Patti and her ladies did a great job cleaning the house. Although I didn't giver her much notice, she did a thorough walk-through before the estimate and explained what would be done. I didn't even realize how much it needed to be cleaned until I saw the place through her eyes! The job took more than one day and they came back the next day to finish until everything was done. I could tell that these were ladies who took pride in their work and wanted to make sure everything was cleaned the way they wanted it, even if it meant they staying a little extra. Will definitely be using them again!

Patti Harsen, the owner, and Amy did the first, detailed cleaning. Both of them went above and beyond in cleaning our house thoroughly from top to bottom. Patti cleaned our tiled floors by hand (not just vacuum), and she even cleaned our upholstery, which had accumulated cat hair! Amy did a phenomenal job in removing the stubborn stains on the kitchen stove. Patti and her team know exactly what they are doing when it comes to cleaning. They know which products work, and they know how to clean a home. After the first cleaning, Amy and Stacy have been cleaning our home, and they are equally hard working. Patti had stated that all of her employees undergo a background check, and she showed me her company's insurance coverage during our first meeting. I trust Patti and her team in my home, and now that they are cleaning our home on a regular basis, I can easily see why they have earned the Super Service Award on Angie's List!
