A-Prime Design Power Washing

Ken McMullen the owner arrived as he said on a Saturday morning to give us an estimate. We have a clear cedar shadow box fence with the boards set closer together than normal for privacy. Having the boards set closer together makes it more difficult to clean than a regular shadow box fence. We accepted his estimate and he set a date to be out to clean the fence. This spring has been an extremely wet spring which made it difficult for the pressure washing to be done on the date scheduled. The rain put everything behind about 2 1/2 weeks which couldn't be helped. Ken McMullen the owner kept us updated as to how things were going. And we understood there was others waiting before us. Ken called us to let us know we were next and if everything went well (meaning no rain) he would be out to clean the fence. Finally the rain gave everyone a break and the fence was cleaned. But again after the cleaning more rain. We understood the fence had to be dry to stain and seal so again we had to wait. No problem because we understood all of this as Ken explained it all in the beginning. And I need to add our home was in the Beautiful Back Yards Garden Walk in our city and the rain caused more problems because we had a time issue to have the fence finished and everything in order for the date of July 9th. Ken kept this all in mind and finished the fence and everything was done and looking good. We received many compliments on how the yard and fence looked. I also need to mention the heat. Ken McMullen himself pressure washed our fence and he had on water proof head to toe gear and it was so hot. Everything looks wonderful and we are pleased with how the fence turned out.
