Royal did what they said they would do, on time, with excellent quality.

James was responsive to requests and the team showed up on time, were professional, and did a great job with a brand new driveway. I plan on hiring Royal in the future for any additional driveway work.

Royal Seal Coating did a nice job laying asphalt over many cracks in the parking lot and then sealing and painting parking lot lines. Their prices were very reasonable and they were responsive and professional. They even took nice drone photos of the finished work.

very responsive before the job but when I called to ask them to look at an area of the driveway that did not look right they did not return the call. I called again a week later and a few days after that .....no response. Several neighbors asked for a driveway sealing recommendation since and I said that I would never recommend them Stuff happens but the way a company deals with an issue is a great sign of the way they value their customers
