 + -1 moreThey arrived on time. They explained in detail what the treatments would entail, what and where he would be spraying, and what to expect after. He was professional and detailed. He did not ''hurry'' through the visit but was patient and answered all questions I had.
Description of Work: They did treatment for ants, spraying, dusting, and traps.

 + -1 moreI was very pleased with the entire procedure, other than that I was very afraid I had termites or carpenter ants. I called around 9:00 am on a Saturday, and they were at my home by 10:30. Dan seemed to know his business, and gave me an education on insect infestations while he inspected my home.
Description of Work: Called them b/c I was concerned about what looked like insect damage on the fascia above my porch. Dan came out and thoroughly inspected my home and said that the damage was dry rot, not insect damage. There was no charge for this inspection.

 + -1 moreTHIS COMPANY GENERALLY ARRIVES WHILE I AM AT WORK, AND COMPLETE THE JOB BEFORE I RETURN. I HAVE THEM COME OUT YEARLY JUST TO MAKE SURE THAT WE DO NOT HAVE ANY BUGS APPEAR. THIS IS WITHOUT A DOUBT, ONE QUALITY COMPANY.
