Description of Work: IWR came and fixed some rotted wood around my windows in addition to replacing some sashes as I had moisture between the panes. They did a great job and I would use them again.

Description of Work: They replaced my picture window glass. I liked their competitive price compared to other window companies. Their price was very fair but they are too busy, so scheduling was very hard. And the quality was not too good because they were rushing.

Description of Work: They replaced a good amount of rotted wood and sashes around quite a few windows; even had to remove a couple of them to get the new wood in. I did have to call them back out to do recalking, but overall, the work was done to our satisfaction.

Description of Work: repaired a broken seal on a insulated window. no problems. worker was neat on the job and cleaned up what little mess he created. polite and got to work right away. there was a bobble about his start time-this could happen to anyone. my only complaint is the appointment setter: I asked for a time three weeks after the next available time and she was not happy with that. worker showed up on date/time requested.

Description of Work: Service person showed up on time and was very professional. Originally he came to give an estimate on some work I thought was needed but upon inspection he felt I did not need the work done and that windows would be OK and I did not need weatherstripping redone. He did repair a window that would not stay open. I appreciated his honesty and would definitely recommend and use this company in the future.

Description of Work: Contacted IWR for information regarding a window repair in late summer / early fall. Arrangements made for someone to stop by and take a look at window to give estimate. No follow-up; not certain if anyone even came by. Called back some time later. Tried a few times and was unable to speak directly with anyone so left message. No response. Would have appreciated follow-up communication of any kind.
