The staff was very professional, accommodating, and prompt. Very easy to contact, and eager to please. The salesman answered all of my technical questions thoroughly, and went to bat for me when the fabricator changed my order. This caused a delay in completing the installation, but the end result was definitely worth the wait. The installers (two different teams, due to the delay) were very courteous and careful not to damage my floors or walls.
Description of Work: Install Cambria quartz countertops in kitchen.

Dave, the front man, was very professional and responsive. The price was fair and they were good at telling me when they planned to be there. However, some issues were irritating. They did not read the installation instructions for stove. After many phone calls in which they insisted the stove is just going to have to stick out 6 inches into kitchen, it got installed correctly - but they added $300 to bill.
Description of Work: Kitchen remodel. Removed cabinets & flooring. Put in new cabinets, counter-tops, tile & installed appliances.
