Description of Work: The company had a signed contract for a new roof in August 2013. Because of the wet fall, I can understand. He was called in May and an 8,000 deposit was given and he promised that the roof was going to be the first job in the spring. He didn't show up or answer his phone messages. When he did call back a week later, he said that he was doing an inside job until the weather got better. About two weeks later, now into June, he said that he couldn't start the job until July because he scheduled two other jobs. He also said that he would not do the soffits and fascia that was part of the original contract but he was still charging the same money. The only good thing was that he returned the deposit within a week.
