Superior service. The owner came to do a free estimate. I live in a historic building with grimy, old, bad -- really bad -- difficult windows, in a mansard-roof house with troublesome access. He took his shoes off at the door and spent about an hour inspecting the windows. (Bonus: he also adjusted a screen door that didn't close properly.) His estimate wasn't the lowest I received, but his inspection was so thorough, I was willing to pay a little extra. He and his crew came back a few days later to clean the windows. The crew was pleasant and diligent, going back over windows they'd already washed to clean up drips. The windows look like crystal. I walk past them in the sunlight and the moonlight and marvel at them. I couldn't be happier with Johnson Glass Cleaning and will use them again.

They were a little early with I was happy because of all the lain we had in the precious with we couldn't get the job done.

Excellent job, hard workers, nice guys. Washed windows and screens, both sides of windows that tilt out. Because they're out of town it was somewhat difficult to schedule. Had to wait until they were in the area; was given 2 possible dates and I had to call to confirm which one it was - she forgot to tell me! So if you don't hear from them, you should call them. They're just very busy.
