Johnson Glass Cleaning

Very on time, very friendly - they were part of our family friendly. My husband is 84 and can't use a ladder anymore.

The company called and said they were behind and could they make appointment for another time. I had my house all ready for them as they came later in the day.

They arrived on time set up their equipment. One person worked inside one outside and one worked both in and out where help was needed. Have used Johnson Glass Cleaning, Inc. twice a year for 5 years.

Excellent. Prompt - after initial delay of VERY high winds which would been dangerous. Good that welfare of works was important.

They came and began cleaning cobwebs before doing windows, getting sills, screens. They changed 2 smoke alarm batteries 20 ft. high. Then they washed sanctuary windows at the Presbyterian Church across the street, including "cry" room and front door.

Called them on Saturday and they removed the snow on Wed. or Thurs. They were awesome!

Randy from Johnson Glass Cleaning was on time. He was thorough when inspecting the area of the roof where the ice dam was located. He is personable and down-to-earth. He felt trust-worthy and honest.

This was the second time this winter I had the roof shoveled. He even plowed my drive on the spur of the moment when I called. Great Job!!

Went to work shoveling immed. consulted w/ us about how best to do de-icing - worked hard and deicing til 7:30 pm and finished very well. Very pleased.

We were very happy with the work they did. Very professional and efficient. Randy is a very honest and trustworthy person to deal with. There was a problem on our roof and if he wouldn't of told us about it, we would never have known until there was a leak. I would recommend them to anyone and we will defiantly have them again. This was our 2nd year using their services. Well worth the cost to have the work done!!

Punctual and completed the task to our full satisfaction; invoice was well within the quoted price.
