+ -1 moreTHE CONTRACTORS SEEMED TO KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THE PLUMBERS, ON THE OTHER HAND, NEEDED MORE KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THEIR WORK BECAUSE OF THEM IT TOOK LONGER TO FINISH EVERYTHING.
