Did great job roof turned out great an the windows we love

Their price was a little bit higher than I needed but they were very nice. They were very professional. I didn't use them because I didn't purchase the house that I was looking for and that was where I wanted them to work. The price wasn't too high though it was a little bit higher than others.

This was the same company that did our roof, and I was very pleased. We even increased the amount of work and added the garage, but they still got it done.

I would let everything go to hell before I ever had them come back again. I wish I could show pictures. They sent out three guys. They actually subcontract these guys. They were up working on the roof because I had a leak over my garage. I used to have a screened-in porch on my deck. When the guys were up there they dropped a bundle so hard that it broke the porch loose from the house. Later, when my son was working on putting siding on, he said it had to go, it wouldn't hold. It caused water to back up into my dining room and caused my ceiling bubble. It was a mess. I even took him to court. I would never recommend them, never. They did come out every day like they were supposed to. I just fell for a good sales pitch. I was under the assumption that it was a small organization. He gave a good sales pitch. I was devastated. It ruined some of my tools that were in the garage, including a brand new drill. It just got saturated. It was a two days later when it rained and the ceiling bubbled and if you popped the bubble water ran out of it.

They were great. Our overall experience with them was outstanding.

I found them on Angie's List and a friend referred them to me, too. They came quickly and on time. We liked it all pretty well. They came and looked at the job and saw what the problems were. They told us what they would do and gave us the price. We decided to go with that. The only negative thing was that after they were done (it took about 3 hours), we asked them about a particular part of the work which was in the contract. There was a shingle with a hole in it and they said they didn't know about it. Somewhere there was a break in the communication between the guys who did the inspection and the guys who did the work. It was on the worksheet but they must not have read it or something. I told Schmidt about it and they took care of it. In fact, they found a couple of other shingles that needed to be replaced, too, so that worked out well.

They promptly gave an estimate, and I called them the next day to initiate the work. I had to send a copy of the estimate and half the money down, which I did. They finally responded to me when I called them 10 days later. The mason called me back on day 11, then did the work the next morning. He actually did more than I thought he would, and did it very well, in addition to cleaning everything up.

THEY MADE SURE TO CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND DID A VERY THOROUGH JOB. IT TOOK THEM FOUR DAYS, WHICH WAS REASONABLE FOR THE JOB THAT THEY DID. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR ROOFING JOB.

I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICES. THEY WERE VERY CLEAN AND HARD WORKERS. THEY SEEMED TO BE VERY EXPERIENCED IN THEIR LINE OF WORK. THEY WERE ALSO A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH.
