Overall it went great. The only difficulty was that the young men on the job did not recognize some plantings I wanted to keep, so they removed them. I bought new plants and they planted them for me. The company credited my bill for the cost of those plants and apologized for the error.

Last year we used their service, but the light winter season meant they plowed 3 times from Nov to March. Their policy is no refunds so these were expensive pushses. This year we renewed, much to our regret. Same price, same policy. The first time they plowed the driveway the path was 7 ft 2 inches. I measured it when I called to complain they did not plow a space wide enough for the car. They said we signed up for a singlo driveway and the plow was 9 ft 3 inches. The plow may be 9 feet but they use it in a bent position. Thus the smallness of the "driveway push. they did get someone back out here to push again. The pushes since then have been done for the most part each day. They leave snow at the end of the driveway and generally do a lousy job. We will not renew with them. We have had to shovel the dirveway every time they have plowed. They don't always make it until early the next morning. I could go on, but why? If they had a refund policy, we would cancel our service with them. At this point, they supplement what we shovel. Not the way it is supposed to be. Marsha in Muskegon
