Excellent!!!! Very professional and friendly! Andrew did the inspection. His response was quick. I had to get a new furnace. They came within a hour. After arriving, I cant believe how quick Neil and Kyle installed my furnace. They were very honest, friendy and funny. They had excellent people skills. They even gave me suggestion about my AC unit. I definitely will use them again!!!!

We had quotes from them and another company and they had a better quote. They were friendly and when something was wrong, they took care of it. However they should pay attention to what they are charging us. They came back to fix a problem.

They did great. They were punctual, professional, and got the job done in a timely manner. Had a little issue a few weeks later and they promptly came out to fix.

I initially hired Northside to inspect the furnace on a home we were getting ready to rent. When the inspector came out, he recommended that the furnace be replaced to meet code, since it was 30+ years old. Both the inspector and Chris, who gave us our estimate, were prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. The installer was on time and did a great job. Here's where Northside went above and beyond though. When the city's inspector came over, he claimed to smell gas. So, Chris came back out to inspect the unit, he soap tested every connection and used a gas sniffer at each connection, and found nothing. Chris was also present when the City inspector came back out with the gas company to do the same thing. I was glad Northside did such a great job, and stood by their work, despite the City's claims of smelling gas. This company is great to work with, and I would recommend them to anyone with heating/cooling needs.

Northside evaluated air conditioning system, fixed gas leaks and provided quotes for a new system. They compared favorably with other quotes I received. They were prompt, friendly and professional.

These guys were great especially Tim. Gave excellent quote. Techs were on time, fast, and cleaned up after themselves. They setup and passed the inspection an hour after installing the boiler. I was most impressed by the way the company worked with me on my payment options and got the boiler in fast. With winter temps fast approaching they wanted to get that boiler in. They were not all about getting the money but were about protecting my family and getting the heat on. Their priority was on my family. Tim was the one that worked with and helped me. He had no problems answering questions when I bugged him on multiple occasions about the brand, type, and size of the boiler. You could not go wrong using these guys for the work you need done. Put your mind at rest and just call them. I will definitely be using this company in the future to service this boiler. Awesome job guys. Thank You.

Install new furnace and air conditioner unit

The technician was late, but he had seen clients all day and had work to complete at an earlier appointment that couldn't be delayed. I was fine with the fact that they were late to our appointment. They did come the day they said they would and performed the service expected, so I was happy. The technician did a check-up on our boiler. He checked everything and gave us an assessment of the boiler and what to expect from it in future years and what we might consider. We were happy with his work; he made us confident in his abilities and knowledge. The price was what we expected. We were very happy with the experience overall.

Our experience was excellent. They came expecting to replace our air conditioner but when they got into the job our furnace was bad as well. With their help and willingness to work with us, we were able to replace both units. Their schedule was adjusted and another employee was sent to assist. They stayed on the job until it was finished....a very long day ending at 7:30pm. We strongly recommend this company. We did our homework in checking bids from three local companies, by far this company was the best in all aspects!

I was extremely happy with their service which was very efficient. It was a young kid who came out to work and the owner kept a check on him. I chose them since they are a local company. Everything worked out really well with them. They gave me a decent quote and were good about following up to make sure I was happy with the work which was done. The owner bent over backwards with his service and even filled put all the paper work so that I could get a rebate. They were fast, good to work with and very fair. Their pricing was very competitive. The quality of their work was very good and they even cleaned up after themselves. They made an appointment as to when they would be here and were here right around that time. I would use them again in the future.

Came out the same day i called. He needed to come out the next date as he had to order a part. He was friendly, and checked the whole system.

We called Northside for a free estimate, along with another company that was recommended to us. Jerry Roof gave us the estimate and was very helpful in answering any questions we had about types of furnaces and what options would be best for us. Their quote was around the same amount as the other company, but the furnace was a higher efficiency so we decided to go with them. All workers were very professional at all times, showed up on time and completed the work fast, as well as cleaning up debris and hauling away the old appliances. Jerry provided copies and printed the rebate forms for us to send in for the gas and electric company energy rebates. There was a small leak near a drainage hose that I noticed after the installation and called them about, and they showed up the same day and fixed it right away. We also called them the next spring so they could check the airflow for the a/c and adjust it if needed, and they did that with no extra charge.

Northside was very professional and quick from the person who answered the phone, took down my information, and was able to squeeze me in the next afternoon of a very busy week for them. Andy was very professional, on time, and efficient. He called me 15 minutes before he arrived, troubleshooted the air conditioner, told me what he found the problem was, gave me an estimation of the amount of time and cost it would take to fix it, and proceeded to fix it. The air conditioner was fixed in the amount of time that he told me and the cost was right around what he told me. I would definitely use Northside again.

They did a really nice job. They were very professional, timely and efficient. They diagnosed the problem and fixed the problem. I was pleased with them. I thought that their price was fair and probably in range with everybody else, although I would have liked to pay less than that. They had to come out two different days, and I think for the work they did, it was probably a fair price. We would use them again in the future if necessary.

Northside Heating and Cooling arrived on the scheduled date to perform the furnace replacement. The workmanship is excellent and the crew completed the job that day (on time and as quoted). The installers were very professional and did a great job cleaning-up after the work was completed. Jerry Roof took time to explain in detail the operation of the new furnace, thermostat, equipment warranty and assited me in filling out the DTE and Consumer Energy rebate forms.

We have had them out before, and we really liked their company. They came and fixed the leak in the air conditioner with no problem. I would highly recommend them; they do great work for a fair price.

They came out to make sure our furnace was working correctly when we moved in to our home. They put a new filter on it and got it back into working condition. They are very good; we have had them do work for us multiple times since. I would recommend them.
