Description of Work: I've taken in both my lap top and desk top at different times. A competitor told me I needed a mother board for my computer-when I took it to Mouse House-all it needed was a cleaning. Big savings! Mouse House kept my old desk top (a 2002 model) going long after it should have been pronounced dead. And each time I go in they take the time to walk me threw whatever I'm trying to do. And for a non-computer savvy person, this is a great help!

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE SATISFACTORY. IT DID TAKE A LITTLE LONGER THAN I THOUGHT IT SHOULD, BUT THEY DIDN'T GIVE ME A TIME LINE AS TO HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE THEM TO GET THE WORK DONE. THE PRICE WAS PRETTY GOOD.
Description of Work: THEY CLEANED UP THE EXTRA PROGRAMS ON MY COMPUTER AND CHECKED IT FOR VIRUSES.

+ -1 moreI WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE GREAT. I'VE HAD NO PROBLEMS. THE COMPUTER IS OLD AND THEY TOLD ME THE PRICING OF WHAT IT WOULD BE TO HUNT DOWN THE PART. I KNEW THEY HAD A COUPLE OF DEALERSHIPS AND WE GOT THE LAST PART OF THE SHELF.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED THE MODEM IN MY COMPUTER.
