The vinyl plank were improperly installed, leaving a 1/4 in gap between the planks in the center of the room, running full length of the room. This was due to the numerous breaks the installers took during installation, allowing the glue to set up, also the planks were installed parelle to the backing paper joints instead of perpindicular as reuired by the manufacturer - this allowed the planks/paper to seperate @ the seam, allowing the gap. The vinyl tiles were installed with protruding edges and corners, a result of the installers allowing the glue to overdry prior to placing the tiles down. These protrusions then resulted in numerous nick damage at the joint llines. Eventually (after numerous contacts by myself to the manufacturer) I was able to receive replacement product which I then installed. I would never allow Latsch personel in my home again, nor would I ever do any business with such arrogant owner/managers or incompetent personel. All the owners could do was make excuses and false claime to follow up with the manufacturer. My only suggestion would be that if anyone purchases any vinyl or plank flooring from Latsch plan on installing it themselves if they want it done correct. I have never had them install carpeting but based on my experience I wouldn't give them a chance.

They did a really good job. I like their availability on how soon they would come out to measuring stuff. The scheduling of getting it done was good. They worked with my schedule really well. I like the way they worked with me. They answered all of my questions and gave me good suggestions.

They were courteous, interested in my needs, helpful and the owner was personable. They just didn't have what I needed but I will use this store again in the future. I talked with the owner and he was great but one of the people who helped at the desk was less interested so based on her I couldn?t give them an overall A. I dealt with the owner more but she was kind of the negative force there.

They were great from the beginning where they showed me what carpet they had available and was able to work with me on a schedule that worked best for me with family visiting. The team that installed the carpet was very professional, on time, and made sure I had an opportunity to look over their work prior to them leaving. They were able to do a small bedroom 12x12 remove the carpet and install new plus a pad in about an hour. I would definitely use Latsch Floor Covering again when I need new carpet or tile.
