First winter in our new home and woke up on Christmas morning to a cold house. Called Lascko Service and the pleasant dispatcher said I would receive a call from a tech shortly. Within a short time “Connor” called and said he would be here in about 15 minutes. Connor was a life saver….he was very helpful, informative and personable.

It was after hours on a Friday night. I called another plumbing agency but when I couldn't get a call back, I called Lascko Plumbing. Thankfully, a real person answered my call. Hannah was quick to respond, stated she would get a technician right out. Jera called me back to let me know when I could expect someone. Steve was the technician, he was so thorough, very knowledgeable, he found the problem to be a leaky radiator valve that I hadn't tightened when I bled the lines. He was a Godsend, it could have been a flood zone if he wouldn't have found the source of the leak. Great company! Great team! Reasonable price. Satisfied customer!

You guys are awesome! Chris was awesome! He was on time, and very professional when going over our options. We went with option C and had the pipes replaced! He had it done quick and kept us in the loop as he got it done. We are very happy to have our bathroom up and working smoothly!

We were more than pleased with the timely service we received. With the flooding in the area, we didn't know when we would have a tech come to the house. Within the hour we received a call from a tech who was on his way to check our the leak. He determined that the water heater needed to be replaced. He was back the next morning with the heater and two hours later our new heater was in place. The young man, Tim DeSmit, was very pleasant and competent while working, and we would definitely recommend him and Lascko for plumbing and heating.

5 star service. I am very happy with with the service I received yesterday. This isn't my first experience with Lascko and as always very efficient and friendly service prevailed. They had the parts on their truck and fixed it right away. They also gave me very good information on their SSP program so that I can keep up on my furnace and water heater inspections.

Great professional service each time.

He came in the trailer to the hot water heater. Looked at it and said we need a new heater, because it was a 2001. Our floor was tilted and pipes were elbowed. He gave us a quote for a new heater by itself, also a quote to fix our floor and new heater. He put new screws on the water heater lid. He was here for a half an hour. We looked at our quotes and decided to fix it ourselves.

They wear booties. But I would rather have someone who instead of worrying about their shoes would give me a good price or a fair price. At that time he showed me how easy it was. It was a five minute job and I got charged about $275 for that five minute job and I realized that it was probably the going rate. But to me the going rate was just price fixing for all the plumbers in the area and it was not right. He went down here and turned the water on and I had an old plumbing system and he started dancing around that and made a big deal about checking things out. He just saw a lot of money there that could be made. He sold me a $10,000 broiler unit and I told him that I was not interested in it. If I?m going to change things I will update the whole thing. He told me that he would probably have to tell the city and insurance about my situation and it to me it sounded like extortion. I called the city insurance and asked for a police officer come out and I filed a report and he sent out the building inspector and I explained what happened. But they cannot take sides so they took the information down and showed them everything. I told them I will file a case because I think it was dishonesty. People can?t just come in here and make some threats because I could not accept his services. I thought their price was very high. I can't complain about the quality of work because they fixed it and did their job the way they were supposed to. They came out pretty quickly.

The guys doing the work were great. All very professional and respectful of our space. Quality of work amazing. Almost felt like we had family members in doing the work. Would definitely use them again and have recommended them to family and friends.

The work was done well. The price was way out of line. I would have turned them down on price but I had no option to reschedule. The biggest thing that still bothers me is that they seemed relatively uninterested in the things I asked them to fix. Instead they were looking around the house trying to find other work that they could convince us to do. I had a hard time convincing them I didn't want a new furnace. This is why I will never use them again. They see our vacation home on the lake and assume it is their gold mine. They were very professional though.

Technician came and diagnosed problem, said I needed to get a repair kit from Moen. In the mean time, he stopped the leak by tightening the connection (it was leaking where a swivel-type head attached to a hose), which stopped the leak but limited the faucet's usefulness. Once the rebuild kit came, the technician came back to install it.

The problem was discovered by an electrician upgrading my electric service and installing dedicated outlets for the pump and other appliances. I was not looking forward to refereeing a bout between the plumber and the electrician. I called Lascko and the scheduled an appoint within 2 working days after I assured them that it was not an emergency. When the plumber arrived he diagnosed it as a frozen up pump. He had a replacement in the truck and replaced no charge immediately. After the work was done he asked permission to connect his hose to the adjacent hot water heater and tested the new pump and washed down any dirt on the basement floor. I became familiar with Lascko when the helped find a well repair man on a holiday weekend five years ago and have used the four or five times since then.

Provider Andy arrived at the time promised, and was curteous and friendly. He put on shoe covers so as not to bring any mud or dirt, etc. into the house. He got right to the problem and was timely in fixing it. He let me know ahead of time what he was doing and the cost involved. I would certainly calll this company again when needed.

They did a quick clean replacement. We have a 2 year warranty and all is well. This is not our first repair with Lascko. We trust them because all work has been quality. I will say their price is top dollar and sometimes makes thema difficult choice. We would recommend them however.

The technician performed several services and was very thorough. He was clean, professional, He gave an estimate that was accurate. I haven't needed plumbing services before, but I was surprised that it was so expensive. The only reason I won't be using them again is because of the cost.

I've used them in the past and they are really good plumbers. They are punctual, they get the job done, and they seem to know what they are doing. When I tell them what the problem is, they send somebody who is knowledgeable in that field. I've never had any problem with anything they had done. However, they are a little high priced.

In early September, Kyle came to our house to size the house to calculate what size furnace and AC unit we needed. He was very knowledgeable. He did all the calculations and wrote out a quote. No pressure. Kyle and Ryan arrived at approximately 9 AM. They covered all of the entry way with tarps so as not to bring any dirt in with them. They drained and removed the hot water heater and installed the new one in the same footprint. They replaced all the copper fittings and installed shut off valves which we didn't have before. They removed and installed the Goodman AC. Nice and neat. While one was working on the AC, the other was working on the furnace installation. All of the PVC piping was replaced because the previous installer used PVC that was the incorrect size. The Goodman High Efficiency furnace also fit nearly the same footprint. They installed a 30 amp breaker which was the correct size. The overall installation was finished between 6 and 7pm. They removed all of the mechanical s and when finished you'd never know they had been there. It was a lot of work and they really worked. They were very courteous. Couldn't even talk them into stopping for a coffee break. They pulled all the permits for us. The township inspector stopped by last week to do his inspection. He told me he hadn't inspected anything Lascko Plumbing had done and that he was impressed with the workmanship. They had done a really nice job and had even put the correct size electrical breaker in. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

We would highly recommend lascko plumbing been in buisness along time Joel the techinican that we had is thoroughly knowledgeable and very professional didn't waste anytime fixing the problems and the real problem was the well pump and he recomended Hecksel and Hecksel well drilling, we called them the same day and Bill Hecksel came out found problem well pump needed to be replaced. I highly recomend this company their good. did work on 09/21/2013

We were pleased with the estimating service - Adam came out and was able to design a wonderful approach to our added bathroom. They improved on the design once the plumber on-site (Dave Fleck) arrived. Dave did all the work and was assisted by and quot;little Adamand quot;. They were professional and on time letting us know when they would arrive and when they would need to reschedule. They were also neat when working in-site. We are very pleased with the job they did and would definitely use their services again.
