+ -1 moreHe came out to fix the fridge, and said that we needed to get a certain part. We went to Sears to get the part and turns out we didn't actually need it. They did come back and install it. We called and complained and they gave us a credit for the service call. In the end, we had to replace the fridge.
Description of Work: They came out to fix my refrigerator.

+ -1 moreWe decided to look at Langlois because of their reputation around town and because they were close to where we live. The employee that worked with us was great. He gave us many recommendations and was very helpful overall. Unfortuantly, due to their prices, we decided to purchase the washer and dryer elsewhere.

+ -1 moreTHEY USE THE BEST MATERIALS AND TOOLS OUT THERE. I USE THEM TO FOR ALL OF MY APPLIANCES. THEY DO REALLY GOOD WORK. THEY ARE A VERY RELIABLE COMPANY. THEY ARE ALSO VERY STRAIGHT TO THE POINT AND THEY DON'T MESS AROUND.
