Description of Work: Installed one new fan and replaced a fan with new. New wiring and switch had to be done and they also put all the fans together, which I thought was terrific. They had come out and gave an estimate and were only going to charge that amount, however, it took them a lot longer so we gave them an extra 50.00. They were both terrific guys and were very pleasant to have around.

Description of Work: Mike from Lakeshore, one of the owners came on 10/24/12 to give me an estimate for installing a new ceiling fan and replacing an existing fan. The estimate for labor was $250.00, which I thought was extremely reasonable. As we didn't yet have both fans it took a couple of days to get back to him. I called on 10/26/12 and he said they would be out the afternoon of 10/30/12. He and his co-owner, Paul, were on time and completed the job very efficiently, cleaning up and talking all materials out to the garage. I might add they also put the fans together and installed a remote in the replacement fan. They were both very amiable and because we felt like they went beyond what they had to do and in such a professional way, we felt the need to give them a tip of 50.00. All in all, we would definitely hire them again and would highly recommend them for any electrical service needs.

 + -1 moreThe man came out at the end of his workday to give an estimate the same day I called. A day or two later, two guys showed up, also toward the end of their workday, punched holes in the wall and concrete block foundation under the spa, then ran the 220 cable. They had recently removed a woman's spa, so they gave me a greatly discounted price on the used breaker for it. They cleaned up after themselves, and if I hadn't seen them, I never would've known they had been there. I've never had a problem with any work they've done for me, or friends that I've recommended them to. I'll definitely use them again.
