The cooler was no longer working and the Service tech found the problem and had it running in 30 minutes.

I found a promotional price in a local circular for a furnace tune-up. After checking Angie's list, I called to schedule an appointment. The phone answering service took a message and I was called back within 15 minutes to schedule an appointment. I was able to get a time within the time frame I needed (about 3-4 working days) and was given a four hour span during which they would be at the house. The service person called about 15 minutes before he arrived and checked out the heating system. He worked from a check list and gave me a copy of the readings he took. All was working great. He also explained a part of the humidifier system on my unit. His professionalism is what I would expect from a company with a good reputation. Because of this experience, I plan to contact them in the spring to have my air conditioner checked out.

They are local and they have been in business for a number of years. They are very reliable. They always come over when we’ve needed somebody. They have good prices and I bought my furnace and air conditioning through them. Their yearly check ups are $59 or something which is a good price. They do a good thorough job. They were prompt in coming. They were friendly while they were solving the problem and they solved the problem quickly. They charge a reasonable price. I would use their services again in the future.
