+ -1 moreArrived 45 minutes after call back. Replaced the valve in a matter of minutes, cleaned floor, and when asked how much, was told the cost was nothing. It was ZERO dollars! The worker was so nice and friendly and knew exactly the problem and how to fix it fast. I will always call Duff Plumbing from now on!

+ -1 moreCalled Duff Plumbing in the morning (no hot water, no warm shower today), about 9. Left a message. Mr. Duff called back in a half an hour. Scheduled a two hour window for later in the day. He called back in an hour and asked if he could come by earlier...you bet! Came in, took care to be clean (provided booties for his shoes). Looked over the water heater, replaced the faulty part, cleaned up after himself, showed us the problem, provided some details about other potential issues. Charged a fair price. Mr. Duff was friendly, professional, and helpful. I would call him again without reservation and will recommend him to others. Great experience...and now I can take that shower.
Description of Work: Diagnosed a problem with our water heater. The pilot light would not stay lit. Replaced a cracked thermocouple that prevented the pilot flame from continuous performance.

+ -1 moreI WAS QUITE SATISFIED WITH THE WORK THAT THEY DID. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT IN GETTING HERE. I HAVE USED THEM SEVERAL OTHER TIMES OVER THE LAST FEW YEARS, AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK.
