No complaints other than it was a little more expensive than I had predicted. Had a utility sink removed and the water pipes capped. Effective and timely work.

They're efficient and courteus. The plumber was very polite, neat and to the point. He got in and out. VERY affordable, would/will hire again for future plumbing issues.

They charged me in excess of $200 for a very simple repair. They finished the job in less than 30 minutes

I was frustrated that I didn't get a specific appointment time and just had to wait around. It became late in the day so I had to reschedule for the next day. When he arrived the service was courteous and efficient. I was pleased with the service.

Came out same day as I called. I had is same worked done before and Mr. Rooter was 1/2 of what I had paid before. He was very friendly and helpful and did great work. i would recommend him to others and I no longer will be looking for a plumber because he is now my man to call.

All around great job. The rep called right away to see what I needed. She was very personable and friendly. We set up a time that was best for me. They called ahead of time to make sure I was available for service about 1/2 hour before service man was to come to the house. Told me who was coming and what he would be driving. The service man did a great job on unclogging the drain. I am very happy with Mr. Rooter and would recommend them for any plumbing needs you might have.
