WORRY FREE SATELLITE

I called them and someone answered the phone in person without having to go through a network phone tree. They took my appointment and told I them what I thought I wanted. They explained what they had to offer and were very patient in explainging everything to me to help me determine what was best for me. I came to a decsion and chose what I wanted to do. I scheduled appointment for installation and they came to my home on time and installed everything I wanted. After installing the system he helped with some TV related issues and explaing the how everything worked. He went the extra mile to make sure everything was good and I understood everything. Larry Moore, the owner, gave me his personal cell number if I ran into any problems in the future. I call him directly instead of having to call Dish Network. I have not had customer service like this in years. I would recommend him highly to others and I have.
